Claims (1)
- 4-(2-카복시-3-티에닐메톡시) 페닐 아세트산을 할로겐화하여 얻어진 디애시드 할라이드를 알루미늄 할라이드로 처리하여 4,10-디하이드로-10-옥소티에노[3,2-c][1] 벤즈옥세핀-8-아세틸할라이드를 형성시키고 이 아세틸 할라이드를 이소프로필 알콜로 처리함을 특징으로하여 이소프로필 4, 10-디하이드로-10-옥소티에노[3,2-c] [1] 벤즈옥세핀-8-아세테이트를 동일 반응기 내에서 합성하는 방법.
