Claims (12)

  1. 마찰페이싱 캐리어의 양측면에 접하는 배면을 가진 환상의 마찰 페이싱으로 구성된 마찰클러치 구동판에 있어서, 환상으로 일정한 간격을 두고 배열된 요구가 페이싱(13 또는 14)의 마찰면과 캐리어(12) 사이에 축 방향으로 형성되어 마찰면이 구동부재에 대한 구동판의 계합시 축방향 굴신이 이루어지도록 축 방향 압력하에 굴신될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 마찰클러치 구동판.
  2. 요구(15)가 페이싱(13 또는 14)과 캐리어(12)의 양측인접표면(21)에 형성되어 페이싱의 마찰면이 굴신될 수 있도록 페이싱의 베면(21)으로부터 떨어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 청구된 바의 마찰클러치 구동판.
  3. 요구(15)가 페이싱(13 또는 14)의 충분한 폭으로 연장된 부채꼴의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 2에 청구된 바의 마찰클러치 구동판.
  4. 요구(15)가 캐리어(12)에 착설된 페이싱(13 또는 14)의 배면(21)에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 2 또는 3에 청구된 바의 마찰클러치 구동판.
  5. 요구(115)가 캐리어(112)의 양측면에 형성되고 캐리어(112)가 페이싱(113 또는 114)의 배면(121)에 인접하여 놓인 바를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 2 또는 3에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  6. 요구(15 또는 115)에 의하여 형성된 부채꼴이 요구 사이의 후육부(19 또는 119)에 의하여 형성된 부채꼴과 동일함을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1―5의 어느 하나에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  7. 환상 캐리어(12 또는 112)의 각 측면에 두개의 마찰페이싱(13, 14) 또는 (113, 114)가 착설되어 있고, 캐리어(12 또는 112)의 일측면에 착설된 한 페이싱(13 또는 113)에 형성된 요구(15 또는 115)가 캐리어(12 또는 112)의 타측면에 착설된 다른 페이싱(14 또는 114)의 요구(15´ 또는 115˝)와 교차배열됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 2―6의 어느 하나에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  8. 일측 페이싱(113)에 형성된 요구(115)가 다른 페이싱(114)에 형성된 요구(115′)와 중첩되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 7에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  9. 각 마찰면에 열개의 요구(15 또는 115)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3에 따른 경우 청구범위 6 또는 7에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  10. 마찰페이싱(13 또는 14)가 캐리어(12)상에 직접 모올딩됨을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1―9의 어느 하나에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  11. 페이싱(13 또는 14)가 캐리어(12)상에 접착제로 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 전기 청구범위의 어느 하나에 청구된 바의 구동판.
  12. 환상의 마찰페이싱 캐리어에 직접 마찰 페이싱을 모올딩하는 방법을 포함하고, 요구가 동시에 마찰물질로 모올딩되며, 상기 요구가 모올딩후 마찰페이싱으로 부터 제거되는 삽입체를 이용하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마찰클러치 구동판의 제조방법.
