Claims (1)
- 다공성 지지체에 침지시킨 다음 일반식의 전구체 조성물을 기상(氣相) 반응대에서 전구체 조성물중 티타늄 몰당 일반식 AIR3(이때 R'는 같거나 동일하며 C1내지 C14의 포화 탄화수소기임)의 활성화제 화합물 >10 내지 400몰로 활성화시켜 얻은 촉매계입자와 모노머 충진물을 기상 반응대에서 접촉시킴으로써 30 내지 115℃ 온도에서 에틸렌을 중합시키거나 적어도 하나의 C3내지 C8의 알파올렌핀과 공중합시킴을 특징으로 하여 <1000psi 압력하에 티타늄 파운드당 폴리머 ≥50,000파운드를 제조하는 생산속도로 티타늄 함유 촉매를 사용하여 밀도가 ≥0.95 내지 ≤0.97이고 용융물 유동비가 약 ≥22 내지 ≤32이며 입상인 에틸렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머를 제조하는 방법.MgmTi1(OR)n Xp[ED]q상기식에서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 도는 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 COR'이고(여기에서 R'은 탄소수 1 내지 14의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 기임).X는 염소, 브롬, 요드 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택되며, ED는 액상의 유기 전자공여 화합물인데 상기 전구체 조성물과 이의 티타늄 및 마그네슘 성분은 이에 가용성이며, 지방족 및 방향족 카복실산의 알킬 에스테르, 지방족 에테르, 환상 에테르 및 지방족 케톤중에서 선택되며, m은 ≥0.5 내지 ≤56이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이며, p는 ≥2 내지 ≤116이고 , q=1.5m+2이다.
