Claims (17)
- (가) 플루오르 원자 또는 플루오르원자와 염소원자로 완전히 치환된 모노에틸렌 같은 불포화 탄화수소 단량체로 되었으며 평균 분자량이 최소한 20,000정도인 입상 중합체 15-65wt.%와,(나) 다음과 같은 화합물을 함유한 입상 공중합체 30-50wt%와;(i) 테트라플루오로에틸렌 99.5-92wt.%(ii) 일반식 CF2=CF-O-Rf(Rf:원자수가 1-10인 한가지 이상의 퍼플루오로알킬라디칼)을 가지는 최소한 한가지의 퍼플루오르화된 비닐 에테르 또는 다음과 같은 일반 화학식을 가지는 입상의 퍼플루오로화된 에테르 0.5-8wt.%(단, 위의 식에서 n은 0-4).(iii) 헥사플루오로프로필렌(다) 유리전이점(Tg)이 130℃이상이고 200℃까지의 온도에서 열적 안정성이 있는 중합체 0-25wt.%로 된 기초 도포층을 기질위에 형성한 후 이 위에다 최소한 한번이상 도포를 한 다층도포층을 형성시키며, 기타 도포층을 필수적으로 (가), (나) 및 (다)로 된 조성물을 만들고, (나)의 농도를 최소한 10wt.% 정도로 하고 기초 도포층에서의 (나)의 비율이 0.75배 이하로 하며 (다)의 농도를 0-15wt.%인 조성물로 된 제품.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서 기초 도포층위에 청구범위 제1항의 (가), (나) 및 (다)로 된 조성물로 2층의 도포층을 만들고 중간도포층의 조성가 (가) 55-90wt.%, (나) 10-30wt.%, 및 (다) 0-15wt.%로 하고 상부도포층의 조성물 (가) 80-100wt.%, (나) 0-10wt.% 및 (다) 0-10wt.%로 하여서 된 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리티아졸, 폴리히드록시벤조산, 폴리페닐렌, 폴리벤조옥사졸, 폴리퀴녹살린, 폴리옥사디아졸 및 폴리트리아졸로 된 중합체로 도포조성물(다)를 만들어서 된 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서(가) 다음과 같은 일반 화학식을 가지로 폴리아미드산과 3차아민과의 염을 용액에 대해 10-17wt.% 사용하고[단, 위의 식에서 G는 카르보닐기 또는 수소원자이고, →는 중합체 구조내의 반복단위에 있어서 화살표가 가리키는 쪽의 기가 예시된 바와 같이 존재하거나 상호 교환된 위치에 존재하는 이성질 현상을 나타내며, R는 최소한 두개의 탄소원자를 가지는 유기 4가 라디칼로서 각 폴리아미드산 단위중의 2개 이하의 카르보닐기가 각 탄소원자에 붙어 있고, R1은 최소한 두개의 탄소원자를 가지는 2가의 라디칼로서 인접한 폴리아미드산 단위의 아미드기 2가 라디칼의 각각의 탄소원자에 붙어 있는 것이며 n은 30℃에서 N,N'-디메틸아세트 아미드에서 0.5%용액으로 측정한 것으로서 고유점도가 최소한 0.1, 가능하면 0.3-5.0정도인 폴리아미드산을 생성할 수 있을 정도로 충분한 값을 가지는 정수임]이때 3차 아민의 량을 폴리아미드산의 자유 카르보닐산기에 화학량론적으로 상당하는 최소한의 량으로 하고,(나) 용해도 매개변수가 7.0-1000범위의 분산성분과 2.0-11.0범위의 극성 성분 및 7.0-14.0범위의 수소 결합 성분을 가지는 10-21.6범위의 용해도 매개변수와 물과 혼화되는 점도 감소제 5-25wt.%(다) N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸 아세트아미드, 디메틸술포라이드, 에레실산, 술폰산 포름아미드중 최소한 한가지로 된 결합제 5-35wt.와 물 30-80wt.%로 된 도포조성물 (다)로 제조된 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 다음과 같은 일반 화학식의 가지는 퍼플루오로알킬 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르와 테트라 플루오로에틸렌과 공중합체 한가지 이상을 도포조성물 (나)로 사용 제품.(단, 위의 식에서 n는 1-4).
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서(가) 테트라플루오로에틸렌(나) 약 1-12wt.%의 헥사플루오로프로필렌(다) 약 0.5-6wt.%의 퍼플루오로(에틸 비닐 에테르) 또는 퍼플루오로(n-프로필 비닐 에테르)로 된 공중합 형태의 삼중합체를 도포조성물(나)로 사용한 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 도포조성물 (가)로서 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌을 사용한 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 공중합 형태의 폴리 테트라플루오로 에틸렌과 3% 퍼플루오로 에틸렌과 3% 퍼플루오로(프로필 비닐 에테르)로 된 공중합체를 도포조성물 (나)로 사용한 제품.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 조리기구용 제품으로 이용한 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서(가) 트리멜리트산 무수물과 비스(4-아미노페닐) 메탄에서 제조한 폴리아미드산과 트리에틸아민과 디에틸 2-히드록시에틸 아민과의 4:1-1:4(중량비) 혼합물인 3차 아민으로 된 염 25-45wt.%,(나) 푸루푸릴알코올 10-20wt.%,(다) N-메틸피롤리돈 10-25wt.%로 된 용액의 비휘발분 성분을 도포조성물 (다)로 한 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서(가) 트리멜리트산 무수물과 비스(4-아미노페닐) 메탄에서 제조한 폴리아미드산과 트리에틸아민과 디에틸 2-히드록시에틸아민과의 4:1-1:4(중량비) 혼합물인 3차 아민으로 된 염 25-45wt.%,(나) 푸루푸릴 알코올 10-20wt.%,(다) N-메틸피롤리돈 10-25wt.%로 된 용액의 비휘발분 성분을 도포조성물 (다)로 하고 용액중의물을 30-55wt.%로 하여서 된 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 (가), 30-50%와 (나), 40-50% 및 (다) 10-20%로 된 조성물을 기초도포물로 하고, (가),(나) 및 (다) 0-10%로 된 조성물을 단일 상부도포물로 하며 (나)를 최소한 15%로 하고 기초도포물의 (나)의 0.50배와 같거나 그 이하로 하여서 된 제품.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 기초도포물을(가) 30-50%, (나) 40-50%, (다) 10-20%로 하고, 중간도포물을(가) 70-80%, (나) 15-20%, (다) 5-10%로 하며 상부도포물을(가) 85-93%, (나) 4- 8%, (다) 3-7%로 하여서 된 제품.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 기초도포물을(가) 30-50%, (나) 40-50%, (다) 10-20%로 하고, 중간도포물을(가) 70-20%, (나) 15-20%, (다) 0-10%로 하며 상부도포물을(가) 85-93%, (나) 4- 8%, (다) 0- 7%로 한 제품.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 (가)와 (나)의 비율을 기초도포물에 있어서 60/40으로 하고 중간 도포물에 있어서는 85/15로 하며 상부도포물에 있어서 95/5로 한 제품.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 폴리테트라루오로 에틸렌을 도포용 조성물 (가)로 사용하고, 청구범위 제8항에 상술된 것을 (나)로 사용하며 청구범위 제10항에 상술된 것을 (다)로 사용한 제품.
- 청구범위 제16항에 있어서 (가) 58.68%, (나) 37.88% 및 (다) 3.44로 된 조성물 기초도포물로 하고, 중간 도포물은 (가) 85.39%, (나) 14.60 및 (다) 0%로 하고, 상부 도포물은 (가) 95.26%, (나) 4.74% 및 (다) 0%로 한 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
