Claims (9)

  1. 원료가스를 흡착탑에 공급해서 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를 흡착시켜, 비흡착가스를 동 흡착탑으로부터 꺼내는 흡착공정과, 동 흡착탑을 감압해서 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를 탈착시켜서 회수하는 탈착공정을, 복수의 흡착탑에서 시기를 달리해서 반복행하는 흡착분리방법에 있어서, 탈착공정의 개시로서, 흡착완료한 탑내의 1차감압시에 송출되는 혼합가스를 "저압흡착으로 송출된 비흡착가스 또는 1차 감압시에 송출되는 혼합가스, 또는 그 양자에 의해서, 탈착공정종료후, 흡착압력과 탈착압력과의 중간압력에 승압된" 흡착탑에 공급해서, 이 혼합가스속의 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를 흡착시키는 저압흡착공정을 행하므로서, 1차감압으로 송출되는 압력을 가진, 흡착이 쉬운성분가스의 농도가 낮은 혼합가스를 유효하게 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 1차감압완료한 탑내를 대기 개방하므로서 2차감압하고, 또한 진공펄프로 2차감압완료한 탑을 감압하므로서 흡착제가 흡착되어 있던 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를 탈착시키는 것을 특징으로한 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1차가압완료 한 탑 내를 대략 원료가스중의 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스분압까지 2차감압하고, 또한 저압합측공정에서 송출된 비흡착가스에 의해서 2차감압완료한 탑 내를 소기(掃氣)하므로서, 흡착제가 흡착되어 있던 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를 탈착시키는 것을 특징으로 한 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  4. 제1항내지 제3항에 있어서, 2차감압공정시 송출되는 혼합가스를, 저압흡착압력까지 승압하여, 1차감압시 송출되는 혼합가스와 함께 또는 이 혼합가스에 계속해서, 저압흡착압력에 승압된 흡착탑에 공급해서, 양 혼합가스중의 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스를흡착시키므로서, 원료가스중의 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스와 흡착이 어려운 성분가스의 수율을 높이고, 또한 동력원 단위를 내리는 것을 특징으로 한 혼합가스의 흡착분리 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서 계밖으로 송출되는 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스가 풍부한 가스중의 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스농도의 허용치내에 있어서 2차 감압공정시 송출되는 혼합가스의 일부 또는 전부를 탈착공정시의 흡착탑으로부터 송출되는 가스와 함께 계 밖으로 송출시키므로서, 흡착이 쉬운 성분가스의 수율을 높이는 것을 특징으로 한 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  6. 제1항내지 제5항에 있어서, 저압흡착의 최종공정을 완료한 탑을, 고압흡착공정시에 송출된 고압의 비흡착가스의 일부로, 또는, 공급원료가스로, 또는 고압 흡착공정시에 송출된 고압의 비흡착가스의 일부 및 공급 고압원료가스의 양쪽으로 고압송출하는 것을 특징으로한 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 1차 감압공정 또는 혹은 2차 감압공정에서 송출되는 혼합가스를 탱크를 개재해서, 저압흡착공정중의 탑에 공급하므로서, 저압흡착공정과 1차, 2차감압공정과를 동기시킬 필요가 없는 것을 특징으로 한 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
  8. 제1항내지 제7항에 있어서, 2차감압공정시에 탑의 원료가스공급측으로부터, 또는 이 탑의 원료가스 공급측 및 비흡착가스송출측의 양측으로부터 혼합가스를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 흡착분리 방법.
  9. 제1항내지 제8항에 있어서, 흡착탑에 충전하는 흡착제가, 공업적으로 순수한 4A형 제올라이트에 적어도 "2가 이상의 하수(荷數)를 가진 철"를 가해서 만든 공기중에서 산소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스의 흡착분리방법.
