Claims (11)
- 알루미늄을 함유하는 페라이트 스테인레스강의 슬래브를 1200℃보다 크지 않은 온도에서 가열 및 유지시키고, 다음 패스당 드래프트(draft)가 20% 미만인 되지 않도록 최소한 1패스 이상의 압하(screw down)에 의해 열간압연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이드 스트인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페라이트 스테인레스강은 15-20%의 코롬과 0.2%까지의 알루미늄을 함유하고, 알루미늄 함량은 질소함량의 최소한 2배로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페라이트 스테인레스강은 0.2%까지의 알루미늄, 15-20%의 크롬, 0.005-0.6%의 티탄 및 0.002-0.0030%의 붕산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 페라이트 스테인레스강은 특히 니오븀, 바나듐 및 지르코늄으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 1성분에서 0.005-0.40%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트스테레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 페라이트스테인 레스강은 특히 0.02-0.50%의 동(銅)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 페라이트 스테인레스강은 특히 칼슘과 세륨으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 1성분에서, 0.05%까지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스 강판을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열간압연된 밴드는 연속적으로 소둔되고, 연속소둔후, 열간압연된 밴드는 냉간압연 및 마무리수둔(finishing-annealing)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항에 잇어서, 열간압연된 밴드는 700-1050℃의 온도에서 연속적으로 소둔되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열간압연된 밴드는 700-1050℃의 범위에서 소둔온도로 가열되며, 다음 15℃/sec보다 크지 않은 냉각율에서 700-900℃까지 냉각되고, 이어 실온(room temperature)까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조 하기 위한 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열간압연된 밴드는 700-900℃ 범위에서의 온도까지 가열되면 상기 온도범위까지 가열시킨 후 직접적으로 급속히 냉각되는 특징으로 하는 페라이트 강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열간압연된 밴드는 800-1050℃의 온도에서 연속적으로 소둔되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트 스테인레스강판 또는 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
