Claims (3)
- 수직축 상에서 회전하고 상하부가 개방된 재료실이 원주주변에 배열된 회전자와, 호퍼가 지지된 고정 구조와 상기 회전자가 회전하는 사이에 수직으로 일정 간격을 갖도록 배열된 수평판으로 구성되어 있고, 이 수평판과 그의 상하부가 밀봉계합되어 있는 윗판에는 회전자의 회전에 의하여 호퍼에서 재료실로 재료가 낙하되는 재료 도입구가 있고, 고정 구조에는 압력 공기 도입구가 있어서 여기에서 도출구와 함께 하향 정열된 재료실을 통하여 재료를 하방으로 송출시켜 재료가 도출구 내부로 토출되게 된 유동성 건식 재료 이송 공급기에 있어서, 상기 회전자는 동심축을 가지며 동시에 회전하도록 된 상호 중첩된 2개 이상의 회전자로 이루어지고, 상부 회전자내의 각 재료실 하부 회전자의 재료실과 동심축으로 정열되도록 동일 수효의 재료실을 가지고, 상기 고정구조에는 상기 상하 회전자사이에서 이들 회전자를 밀봉 계합하며 재료가 상부 회전자료실로부터 하부 회전자실로 낙하되는 통로를 갖는 판이 있고, 이 통로 상기 재료 도입구로부터 원주상에 일정 거리를 두고 배열되어 있으며, 상기 상부 회전자는 이 회전자가 회전시 정부는 밀폐되고 하부는 개방된 압력실을 상기 통로와 일지시켜서 하부 회전자의 재료실로부터의 압력 공기를 수용하도록 한 것이 특징인 유동성 건식 재료 이송 공급기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 회전자를 둘러싸고 상기 판과 밀봉 접속되어있는 재킷 수단과, 이 재킷 수단과 상기 통로와 연통된 회전자 사이의 간격을 특징으로 하는 공급기.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 통로는 그 저부보다 상부가 더 넓어서 상기 상부 회전자의 재료실과 압력실 사이의 전달을 촉진시키는 것이 특징은 공급기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
