Claims (1)
- 탄화수소가스, 용해된 액체, 액체석탄과 현탁된 잔류광물로 구성된 혼합물을 형성할 수 있도록 잔류광물로부터 탄화수소물질을 용해하고 상기 탄화수소 물질을 수첨 분해하기 위해 광물함유 공급탄, 수소, 재순환 액체용매, 재순환 액체석탄과 재순환 잔류광물을 석탄액화 영역으로 도입시켜,액체석탄, 용매와 잔류광물로 구성된 슬러리로부터 증류액과 슬러리를 분리한 다음,상기 슬러리 중 일부를 상기 액화영역으로 재순환시키고,잔여분은 진공 증류탑을 갖는 증류 장치로 도입하여,그 결과 상기 진공증류탑저에서 형성된 것으로서, 거의 모든 탄화수소 공급물이 되는 액체석탄과, 액체석탄 및 탄화수소 가스를 갖지 않는 상기 액화영역의 잔류광물을 함유하는 기화기 공급 슬러리를 기화영역으로 도입한 후,연료로서 연소될 때 열 효율을 증진시키는 처리수소를 생성하는데 필요한 양 이상의 합성가스 추가량을 상기 기화영역에서 생성하기에 충분한 탄화수소 물질을 H2대 CO의 몰비가 1 이하인 합성가스로 전환시키기 위해 1,204-1982℃의 산화영역을 갖는 상기 기화영역에 물 또는 수증기를 도입한 다음,상기 합성가스 중 일부를 수소 함량이 많은 제1유체로 전환시겨 처리 수소로 사용하기 위해 상기 액화영역 보내어,연소되는 연료 중 적어도 일부를 공급하는 일산화탄소 함량이 많은 유체와 수소 함량이 많은 제2유체를 제공하기 위해 적어도 상기 일부 합성가스 추가량 중에서 CO와 H2를 분리시킴으로서,본 공정에서 필요한 총열 에너지 중 5-100%를 공급할 수 있도록 상기 합성가스의 추가량 중 60몰%에 해당하는 CO와 H2를 연소하는 것을 특징으르 하는 통합된 석탄 액화 및 기화방법.
