Claims (1)
- 측정유체에 그 유속에 비례한 칼만와를 생성시키는 와발생체와, 칼만와의 생성에 의한 와신호를 전하량의 변화로서 검출하는 압전센서와, 이 압전센서에서의 교번 전하를 교류의 신호 전압으로 변환하는 차아지 앰프와, 이 챠아지 앰프에서의 교류 전압을 로우패스 특성의 필터회로를 개재하여 꺼낸후 펄스 신호로 변환하는 수단과, 앞의 신호 전압이 어떤 레벨이상으로 되었을때 필터회로의 필터 특성을 해제하는 수단과, 상기 펄스 신호가 가해지는 시정수 회로와 상기한 펄스 신호와 시정수 회로의 출력이 가해지는 익스클루시브 OR 게이트로서 동작하고 그 충격계수가 와주파수에 대응한 펄스 신호를 출력하는 논리회로와, 이 논리회로에서의 펄스 출력을 직류의 전류신호로 변환하는 출력회로를 구비하고, 직류의 전류 신호가 측정유체의 유속 또는 유량을 나타내도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 와유량계.
