액체용기
제1도는 본 고안의 요부를 나타내는 분해사시도.

본 고안은 불투명한 합성수지로 성형된 액체용기의 동체부에 투명한 합성수지로된 계량표시상안(計量表示象眼)을 매입시킴으로서 용기내부의 액체용량을 외부에서 관찰할 수 있도록 한 액체용기에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 용기내에 용입된 액체용량을 외부에서 관찰하기 위하여 용기자체를 투명재료로 형성하거나, 게이지그라스를 용기 측벽에 돌출되게 형성하므로서, 전자에 있어서는 구성재료의 제약을 받는 것이었고, 후자에 있어서는 고정설치용으로는 적합하나 운반용으로 사용하기에는 돌출된 게이지그라스의 파손이 우려되어 불편한 것이었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 제거하고 간단한 고안구성에 의하여 용기내부의 용량을 외부에서 용이하게 파악할 수 있게 하고 운반이나 사용상 일반용기와 동일하게 사용될 수 있으며, 계량표시 상안이 용기의 수명과 함께 장구히 유지되도록 한 것으로서 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
합성수지제의 용기본체(1)의 상부에 손잡이(2)와 주입구(3)가 형성되고, 주입구(3)에는 이중마개(4)를 나착시킨 공지한 것에 있어서, 용기본체(1)의 측벽부에 일정한 높이로 수개의 구멍(5)을 천공하고 각 구멍(5)에는 투명한 합성수지로 성형된 계량표시 상안(6)을 감합접착시켜서 된 것으로서, 계량표시상안(6)은 중요한 계량표시 부분에서는 측벽부 양측에 동일 높이로 대향되게 형성시킬 수도 있는 것이다.
도면 중 미설명부호 7은 손잡이용 홈이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 측벽부의 일정량을 표시하는 높이 부분에 천공된 구멍(5)에 투명한 계량표시상안(6)이 감합되어 있는 것이므로 외부로부터 개량표시상안(6)을 통하여 용기내의 액체용량을 관측할 수 있는 것이며, 10리터 또는 20리터 등 일정 용량을 표시하는 높이에 계량표시상안(6)을 형성시킴으로서 용기내의 액체의 메니스카스가 계량표시상안(6) 부분에 위치하게 되면 용입된 액체의 정량을 일견하여 확인할 수 있는 것이고, 대향되게 형성된 양측의 계량표시상안(6)에 의하여는 수평상태까지도 확인할 수 있는 것이다.
또한 계량표시상안(6)의 표면은 용기본체(1)의 표면과 동일평면으로 되게 감합하므로서 용기본체(1)에 돌출부분이 없게 되고 따라서 운반이나 사용상 일반용기와 동일하게 사용되는 것이며, 용기본체(1)와 계량표시상안(6)은 접착제로 접착하거나 열융착시킴으로서 원상태가 장구히 유지되게 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 합성수지제의 용기본체(1) 상부에 손잡이(2)와 주입구(3)가 형성되고 주입구(3)에는 이중마개(4)를 나착시킨 공지한 것에 있어서, 용기본체(1)의 측벽부에 일정높이로 수개의 구멍(5)을 천공하여 각 구멍(5)에 투명한 합성수지로 성형된 계량표시상안(6)을 감합하여서 된 액체용기.
