본 고안은 각종 차량의 전기 난방기용 시이즈 히이터의 개량에 관한 것으로, 종래의 것에는 통상의 시이즈관 양단에 수지 접착제를 관삽한 터미널 보울트의 측단에 운모판을 개재시켜 리이드선과 연결된 접촉판을 넛트로 고정하였으므로 터미널 보울트 선단이 노출된 상태로서, 사용중 부품들이 해이되어 접촉불량 및 절연불량 등의 사고가 생기기 쉽고, 또 접촉판의 연결부위에 먼지등의 불순물이 끼어 들어 녹이 생겨 고장이 빈번한 결함이 있었다. 본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 개량하기 위하여 고안한 것으로 시이즈관 양단에 요홈을 형성하고, 내열성 밀봉제로 시이즈관 내외를 밀봉하여 요홈에 밀봉제가 감입되게 하며, 터미널 보울트 선단에 터미널을 나착한 후 외부를 시리콘캡으로 복착하여 접촉상태를 양호하게 함과 아울러 외부로부터 불순물이 스며들지 않는 견고한 히이터를 얻고져 한 것인바, 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to an improvement in the size heaters for electric heaters of various vehicles, and in the related art, a contact plate connected to a lead wire is provided through a mica plate at a side end of a terminal bolt in which resin adhesive is inserted at both ends of a conventional sieve tube.
