제 2 도는 브라인 통로를 의자에 깔을 방석에 배설한 상태 사시도.2 is a perspective view of a state in which a brine passage is disposed on a cushion to be placed on a chair;
The present invention aims to reduce the heat of drivers and passengers suffering from heat in summer by cooling the driver's seat or the seat of L, P, and G cars at an appropriate temperature.
In order to ensure comfortable driving and riding in the car at a higher temperature than in the hot summer season, it is ideal to use the in-vehicle air conditioning system.However, this is not only a burden on the engine due to expensive installation cost and refrigeration load, but also consumes fuel cost. Because of the heavy burden, the driver could not get widespread and became a factor of traffic accidents.
The present invention focuses on the above problems. L, P, and G cars are operated on the principle that L, P, and G liquids in the storage tank are sent to the carburetor in the liquid state by the saturation pressure and evaporated in the gas state from the carburetor to the engine. However, this process is the same principle as the working principle of the freezer, that is, the refrigerant liquefied in the condenser is sent to the evaporator and evaporated in the gas state in the evaporator to absorb the latent heat of evaporation from the surroundings and thus the freezing action. Since L, P, and G liquids are evaporated from the carburetor and supplied to the engine in gas state, if the latent heat of evaporation of gas is not continuously supplied to the carburetor, the carburetor is cooled. As the saturation pressure of the gas is lowered, there is not enough gas supplied by the engine, which causes side effects on the engine. In order to prevent this phenomenon, up to now, since the latent heat of gas is supplied from the engine cooling water in the process of circulating high temperature engine coolant to the carburetor, the proper temperature of L, P, and G liquid is maintained and the gas required by the engine is maintained. This method is good for seasons where low temperatures are not needed, but only in summer, when low temperatures are desperately needed, the driver's or guest's seats are cooled by heat by supplying latent heat of gas to the hot driver's seat or passenger's seat in the car. Since this is the preferred method to reduce the pain of passengers and passengers, the present invention forms a passage through the low temperature carburetor and the high temperature driver's seat and the passenger seat, and supplies the vaporization latent heat of gas to the driver's seat or the passenger seat to cool the driver's seat or the passenger seat. It is to let.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as follows.
Vaporizer (1), brine circulator (2), disease side (3), external heat absorber (4), chair (5) or cushion (5 '), brine passage (6), etc. The brine passage 6 is disposed on the cushion 5 at appropriate intervals so that the carburetor 1 is separated from the engine cooling water passage and replaced with a brine passage as shown in the drawing, and the brine circulator 2 is driven at the same time as the engine starts. Installed in the unit and at the same time as the engine starts, the brine circulates through the carburetor 1 and the brine passage 6 of the chair 5 or the cushion 5 'so that the latent heat of evaporation of the gas is absorbed and supplied from the hot chair or cushion. The L, P, and G liquid inside maintain the proper temperature, and the amount of gas required by the engine is sufficiently evaporated. Therefore, it does not interfere with the engine performance. It cools the driver's seat and the passenger seat without any burden. Would be possible. When the driver's seat and the passenger's seat are not required to cool, that is, in the morning, evening, or rainy days, the sub-line is circulated to the external heat absorber (4) with the changeover valve (3) to supply the latent heat of evaporation of gas from the outside. No, the driver can freely cool the driver's seat and the passenger seat to the proper temperature if necessary, so that comfortable driving and riding are possible. In the season when the driver's seat or the passenger's seat is not required, the sub-line passage 6 is separated from the carburetor 1, and the carburetor 1 is circulated with the engine coolant to supply latent heat of gas evaporation from the engine coolant, and the brine passage 6 is When connected to the engine coolant circuit, efficient heating is possible with less heat, and this method of heating is also possible for all cars, not L, P or G cars.
