제 1 도는 본 고안의 분리 사시도.
제 2 도는 본 고안의 사용상태의 종단면도.
본 고안은 본건 출원인이 선출원한 합성수지제 조립식 타일의 배면에 괘지부를 연설하여 재료적 특성으로 인한 시멘트와 접착력이 없는 단점을 보완하고 누구나 손쉽고 간단하게 타일을 조립 할 수 있게한 것이다.
종래에는 시멘트 벽면에는 합성수지 내장판을 부착할 수가 없어 사기재나 석고 등의 판재를 사용하거나 합성수지 판재 배면에 자연석등을 침윤시키는 등 시멘트와 접착력이 우수한 재료를 2중으로 매설 적층하는 방법등을 사용하여 왔으나 이들은 이러한 공정으로 사기재보다 원가가 오히려 많이드는 결점이 있었으며 접착력이 없는 이질재를 혼가 하는 작업공정이 복잡하여 기업화되기가 어려웠다.
본 고안은 이러한 단점을 보완 하고자 합성수지재로 조립식타일을 형성하되 표면과 이면을 각각 다르게 하고 색상도 다르게 하여 숙련공이 아니라도 쉽게 조립되게한 타일에 있어 이면에 괘지부를 연설하므로써 시멘트 몰탈에도 용이하게 접촉 시공할 수 있게한 것으로 이를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 주연의 연설부(1)와 이면판(2)을 일체로 하고 표면판(3)은 다르게 성형한 합성수지제 조립식 타일에 있어 이면판(2) 배면에 횡공(4)이 천설된 괘지부(5)를 연설하여서된 것으로 부호 6은 시멘트 몰탈이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안은 표면과 이면이 다르게 각각 사출성형 되었기 때문에 색상이 다르므로 조립하면 윤곽선 부분과 표면의 색상이 달라 윤곽선이 뚜렷이 생기게 되는 아름다운 조립식 타일을 얻을 수 있으며 배면에 횡공(4)이 천설된 괘지부(5)가 연설 되어 있어 시멘트 몰탈 벽면에 조립시공하면 횡공에 시멘트몰탈이 충진되어 타일이 탈리 되지 않는 효과가 있다.
이와같이 미숙련공이라도 쉽게 조립할 수가 있으며 조립시공하면 아름다운 색상의 윤곽선이 생기면 뒷배면에 괘지부가 연설되어 시멘트 몰탈층에도 시공이 가능한 잇점이 있다.

- 주연의 연설부(1)와 이면판(2)을 일체로 하고 표면판(3)은 다르게 성형한 합성수지제 조립식 타일에 있어서 이면판(2) 배면에 횡공(4)이 천설된 괘지부(5)를 연설하여된 조립식타일.
