본 고안은 선풍기 안전망의 협지구에 관한 것으로, 하단 감합턱이 내향지게 돌설된 양측 협지편 상단 모서리에 일체로 형성시킨 가압날개편을 압압하여 탄성을 가진 양측 협지편의 하단 감합턱이 외향으로 벌려지게 하므로서 협지구를 안전망테에다가 체결하거나 해탈시키기가 극히 용이하면서도 견고하고 면밀한 협지력을 유지할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.The present invention relates to a narrowing zone of a fan safety net, and presses the pressure wing pieces integrally formed at the upper edges of both narrowing pieces in which the lower fitting jaws protrude inwardly so that the lower fitting jaws of the two narrowing pieces with elasticity are opened outward. 종래에도 탄성재질의 합성수지로 제작된 선풍기 안전망 협지구가 안출사용된 바 있으나 이는 내측단부에 경사면의 형성한 양 협지편중에서 한쪽 협지편을 길게 연설시켜서 이곳에다 선풍기 망살이 끼워지는 괘지홈을 삭설하여 된 것으로 이는 망상에다가 일일히 괘지홈을 끼워주는 작업공정이 번거로울 뿐만아니라 특히 협지편을 안전망에다가 체결 또는 해탈시킬때 협지편의 내측단부 경사면을 안전망테에다 대고 압압하여 동 경사면이 망테를 타고 스라이딩 되면서 양측 협지편이 벌어지게 구성되었던 것인바 이는 협지편에 직접 압력이 가해지게 되어 있어서 체결 또는 해탈시에 무리한 힘을 가하게되면 협지편이 부러질 우려가 있었던 것이며, 협지편이 부러지지 않더라도 장기간 동안 선풍기를 사용하면서 협지구의 잦은 체결 및 해탈로 인하여 협지편의 스라이딩면이 마모되면 그 협지력이 약화되므로서 탄성재질로 되었다하여도 후면망과 전면망으로 구성된 안전망을 면밀하게 협지해 주지 못하게 되어 선풍기의 작동시에 안전망이 떨리는 소리가 나는 등 잡음이 발생케 되었던 것이다.In the past, the fan safety net narrowing zone made of synthetic resin of elastic material has been used, but this is made by extending one narrowing piece from both of the narrowing pieces formed in the inclined surface at the inner end, and then cutting the hanging groove where the fan screw is inserted.
