Description

알칼리 망간 건전지용 누액방지 링
제 1 도는 본 고안의 요부 단면도.
제 2 도는 동상을 이용한 건전지 단면도.
본 고안은 종래의 알칼리망간건전지의 봉구패킹에 있어서 장기 저장중에 건전지 내부에서 발생하는 가스 압력으로 인하여 전해액이 봉구 패킹 사이로 누액되는 것을 링을 사용하여 방지케한 알칼리망간 건전지용 누액 방지링에 관한 것이다. 종래의 알칼리망간건전지의 봉구패킹은 황동판의 재질로 가공한 집전체에 비스볼트, 너트로 고정하여 사용하였으나, 이는 작업성이 좋지 않고 장기저장중 볼트와 나선사이로 누액되거나 볼트부분에 산화물 피막이 형성되어 전기적 접촉불량이 발생하는 등의 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위의 결점들을 개량하기 위하여 봉구 패킹에 누액방지링을 사용한 것으로, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
1은 일반적으로 알려진 플라스틱제 봉구패킹인데 이 봉구패킹(1)에 집전체(3)을 삽입하고 또 집전체(3)의 상단부분은 철제보조저판(2)과 용착하였다. 4는 컵형 철제링인데, 봉구패킹(1)과 집전체(3)의 접촉선단 부분에 컵형 철제링(4)을 기계적으로 삽입하여 틈이 생기지 않게 구성한 것이다. 5는 음극활물질을 넣은 내관이고, 6은 양극활 물질을 넣는 외관이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 컵형 철제링(4)을 봉구패킹(1)과 집전체(3)이 접촉하는 선단부분에 기계적으로 강력하게 삽입하였으므로 봉구패킹(1)과 집전체(3)의 접촉부분이 완전히 밀착되어 틈이 생기지 않게 된다.
따라서 건전지를 장기 저장중에 발생되는 가스압으로 인하여 전해액이 봉구패킹(1)과 집전체(3)의 사이로 누액되는 일이 없게 되므로 건전지의 저장성이 향상되고 상품가치가 증진되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 철제 보조기판(2)과 집전체(3), 봉구패킹(1)등으로 구성된 알칼리 망간 건전지에 있어서, 봉구패킹(1)과 집전체(3)의 접촉선단부분에 컵형 철제링(4)을 기계적으로 삽입하여 틈이 생기지 않게하는 알칼리 망간 건전지용 누액방지 링.
