Claims (1)
- 용융금속욕위로 용융유리층이 전개되는 욕에 용융유리를 최초 속도로 공급하고, 전개되는 용융유리층을 최초 두께를 유지하면서 욕위에서 횡으로 전개시키며, 이들이 욕의 배출단을 향해 진행하는 동안 냉각시키고 또 욕의 배출단 부근에서 진행유리에 부가되는 배출 견인력을 사용하며, 초기속도 보다 큰 배출속도와 초기 두께보다 적은 배출두께의 진행유리를 배출시키는 단계에 있어서, 유리폭을 감소 조정시키고, (전방으로 유동하는 유리리본에 가해진 폭감소 조정은 이후 배출 두께로 감소시킬 수 있는 두께와 되도록 충분히 조정해야함) 유리 진행속도를 배출속도보다 적게 가속시킴으로서 유리두께가 얇아지는 것을 방지할 수 있게끔 전개 유리층의 측면 모서리에서 기계적으로 내측 및 전방으로 향한 힘(이 힘은 유리제조의 하부공정에 제품 배출단의 배출력에 의한 배출속도를 가속시켜 유리두께를 배출유리 두께가 되게한다)을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하여 제품제조속도를 증대시키는 것을 개선점으로 하는 리본형태의 판유리 제조방법.
