Description

분뇨를 주재로 한 유기질비료의 제조방법
본 발명은 무한정 얻을 수 있는 분뇨를 이용하여 유기질 비료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래 농촌에서 분뇨를 비료로서 사용하여 왔으나, 분뇨를 썩히어 분뇨 내에 함유된 비료성분을 얻는 과정에 있어서 좋은 효과를 얻지 못했다.
우리나라 농촌에서 분뇨를 비료로 사용하기 위하여 분뇨를 처리하는 공정을 살펴 보면, 우선 분뇨를 일정한 탱크에 수거하여 약 70-100일 정도 썩혀서 이를 사용하였으나 완전히 부패하지 못하여 분뇨에 포함된 비료 성분의 50% 정도 밖에는 이용할 수 없었다. 또한 썩히는 과정이 복잡할 뿐만 아니라 악취와 각종 잡균의 번식으로 위생적으로도 큰 문제가 있었다.
따라서 본 발명의 목적은 이러한 단점들을 개선하기 위한 것으로서, 분뇨에 부패균을 첨가하여 분뇨를 완전히 부패시켜 분뇨 내의 비료 성분을 100% 이용 가능하게 하며, 제올라이트를 분뇨용액에 첨가하여 처리 도중 발생하는 악취 및 분뇨용액의 독성을 제거시킴과 동시에, 이때 부수적으로 발생하는 다량의 메탄가스를 얻게 해 주는 것이다.
그러므로 본 발명은 분뇨의 비료성분을 100% 효과적으로 이용할 수 있으며, 분뇨처리시의 위생적인 문제점을 해결해 주고 아울러 메탄가스를 다량 수집하여 이를 농촌의 연료로써 사용할 수 있는 효과를 제공해 준다. 본 발명의 실시 방법을 상술하면 다음과 같다.
[실시예]
수집된 분뇨에서 폐기물을 제거하여 공지된 탱크에 주입시키고 이에 부패균을 투입하여 섭씨 25°-40℃사이에 약 70-80시간(계절에 따라 시간차가 있다) 동안 방치하면 분뇨가 완전히 썩게 되며 이 과정에서 발생하는 메탄가스는 별도 축출수집하여 연료로 사용한다. 이와 같이 처리된 분뇨를 다시 50메쉬의 체가 장치된 순환펌프를 이용하여 다른 탱크로 이동시킨다. 이동된 분뇨 용액에 분말로 된 불석(제올라이트)을 첨가하여 부식된 분뇨에 비분 성분을 완전 흡착케 하여 이를 섭씨 85°-110℃ 사이에 건조시켜 수분을 완전히 제거한 후 분쇄기에 넣어 비료용도에 따라 분말화 한다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 방법을 이용하여 분뇨를 완전 부식시키고 수분을 축출하므로 비료 성분 100%를 얻을 수 있으며 또한 분뇨를 밀폐된 탱크 내에서 처리하므로써 발생하는 악취에 유출을 방지할수 있어 분뇨 위생처리가 가능하며 부수적인 메탄가스를 얻어 연료로써 가능하게 하여 아울러 분뇨처리 공해를 완전히 위생적으로 해결할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와같이, 수집된 분뇨를 공지된 밀폐 탱크 내에 주입한 후 이에 길막을 첨가하여 약 78-82시간 방치시켜 분뇨를 완전 부폐시킨 것에 60메쉬로 분쇄된 제오라이트를 첨가하여 섭씨80°-110℃사이에 건조시켜 80-100 메쉬의 분말로 하여서 된 분뇨를 주제로 한 유기질 비료의 제조방법.
