Abstract

The present invention provides an audio advertising platform system including an affiliated store speaker that outputs advertisements and sound sources, an affiliated store terminal that operates and manages the affiliated store speaker; an audio advertising platform server that transmits advertisements and sound sources to the affiliated store speaker and remits advertising fees to the affiliated store terminal; and an advertiser terminal that concludes an advertising contract with the audio advertising platform server and remits the advertising fee.

Description

{SIMULTANEOUS AUDIO ADVERTIZING PLATFFORM SERVICE FOR MULTIPLE MEMBERS}

The present invention relates to an audio advertising platform system for affiliated stores, and more particularly, to a simultaneous audio advertising platform system for multiple affiliated stores, which enables the affiliated stores to generate advertising fees by simultaneously providing identical or differentiated advertisements and audio sources to multiple affiliated stores, enables an audio advertising platform provider to generate commissions through integrated management of the provision of advertisements and audio sources, and enables advertisers to expect substantial sales increases through effective advertisements through precise targeting at many affiliated stores nationwide.

Recent advertising is not limited to using conventional media such as television, radio, newspapers, and magazines, but also includes various media, such as the Internet. As the number of people using the Internet is rapidly increasing, advertisers are utilizing media and services provided through the Internet as an effective means of advertising.

People spend more time indoors than outdoors every day, eating at restaurants, buying necessities at convenience stores, and relaxing or doing simple work at coffee shops.

Advertising is a powerful tool for generating revenue for companies, and its means are also developing in various forms thanks to technological advancements. Technologically, it is no exaggeration to say that we are now immersed in a flood of advertisements, with more advanced forms of advertisements using the Internet, such as interactive two-way communication beyond one-way communication and personalized advertisements based on artificial intelligence.

Currently, the number of customers entering each individual franchise store (public facilities such as restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops, etc.) distributed nationwide is small, but when expanded to the number of customers entering all franchise stores distributed nationwide (i.e., considered as one virtual space), the number of people entering per day is truly enormous.

The broadcasts made by each franchise store are limited to customer calls or announcements, and are rarely used for advertising purposes. Even then, customers are usually preoccupied with what they are doing (e.g., talking, using a cell phone, or using a laptop) and do not pay attention to the broadcasts around them.

In addition, many franchises are broadcasting various cultural contents such as music broadcasts for customers, but due to the strengthening trend of copyright, small business owners are often unable to afford to pay huge performance rights fees, and in many cases, they are unable to provide music services. This can also be a hindrance to the expansion of domestic cultural contents (e.g., K-pop), and thus needs to be resolved urgently.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the problems of the above-mentioned prior art, and its purpose is to provide a simultaneous audio advertising platform system for multiple affiliated stores, which enables the affiliated stores to generate advertising fees for the advertisements by simultaneously providing identical or differentiated advertisements and audio sources to multiple affiliated stores, enables the audio advertising platform provider to generate commission income through integrated management through the provision of advertisements and audio sources, and enables the advertiser to expect substantial sales increases through effective advertisements through precise targeting to many affiliated stores nationwide.

The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems to be solved that are not mentioned will be clearly understood by a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains from the description below.

The technical problem of the present invention as described above is achieved by the following means.

(1) Affiliate store speaker that outputs advertisements and sound sources, and an affiliate store terminal that operates and manages the affiliate store speaker;

An audio advertising platform server that transmits advertisements and audio sources to affiliated terminals and broadcasts them through affiliated speaker, and remits advertising fees to affiliated terminals; and

An audio advertising platform system characterized by simultaneously providing identical or differentiated advertisements and sound sources to all affiliated terminals distributed nationwide, including an advertiser terminal that provides advertising data and concludes an advertising contract with an audio advertising platform server and remits advertising fees.

As described above, according to the present invention, by simultaneously providing identical or differentiated advertisements and audio sources to multiple affiliated stores, the affiliated stores can earn advertising fees for the advertisements, the audio advertising platform provider can earn commissions through integrated management of the provision of advertisements and audio sources, and the advertiser can expect a substantial increase in sales through effective advertisements through sophisticated targeting at many affiliated stores nationwide.

Throughout the specification, when a part is said to "comprising" or "including" a certain element, this does not mean that other elements are excluded, but rather that other elements can be included, unless otherwise stated. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the audio advertising platform system according to the present invention includes an affiliated store speaker (10) for outputting advertisements and sound sources, an affiliated store terminal (100), an audio advertising platform server (200), an advertiser terminal (300), a sound source providing server (400), and a communication network (500).

In the present invention, the franchise speaker (10) outputs advertisements and sound sources transmitted from the audio advertisement platform server (200).

Here, the advertisement includes advertising information (e.g., advertising information on a company, product, and service, etc.) of the business of the advertiser who has the corresponding advertiser terminal (300) and has requested the production, and the sound source includes advertising information on the business of the corresponding affiliated store who has the affiliated store terminal (100) (e.g., advertising information on a product, service, etc. provided by the corresponding affiliated store). Preferably, the sound source includes sound waves including specific information in the audible or inaudible range of 4 to 22 kHz.

The above-mentioned franchise speaker (10) may be an omnidirectional or directional speaker.

If the above-mentioned franchise speaker (10) is an omnidirectional speaker, it is not limited to anything special as long as it is a speaker in which the output of the sound source can be transmitted evenly throughout the entire area. If it is a directional speaker, it is preferable to transmit advertisements and sound sources with directionality toward the area where the customer is located, and it is preferable that the transmission direction can be controlled by the franchise terminal (100).

For example, if the above-mentioned franchise speaker (10) is a directional speaker, it is composed of a plurality of ultrasonic modules, and the movement of these ultrasonic modules can be controlled by various sensors (not shown) so as to follow the distribution of customers.

In the present invention, if the sound source is a sound wave including specific information in the audible or inaudible range, it is possible to display advertisements as well as messages or images with specific content using sound wave communication as shown in Fig. 7 on the customer terminal (600).

It goes without saying that the above-mentioned franchise speaker (10) can be installed in one or two or more locations within the interior space of the franchise store.

In the present invention, the affiliate terminal (100) manages and operates the affiliate speaker (10), and preferably performs sound wave communication with the customer terminal (600) using a configuration as shown in Fig. 7, for example. At this time, it goes without saying that the sound wave communication can be performed by combining sound waves in the audible and inaudible ranges of 4 to 22 kHz using a known sound wave communication module.

The above-mentioned affiliate terminal (100) can preferably perform an authentication process for stamp coupon issuance, entry/exit check, various authentications, or payments, preferably by using sound wave communication with the above-mentioned customer terminal (600).

This process may be performed in the store speaker (10) that outputs the advertisement and sound source, or may be performed separately in the authentication speaker (101) attached to the store terminal (100). At this time, the authentication speaker (101) may be an omnidirectional or directional speaker similar to the store speaker (10), and likewise, it is possible to modulate data related to authentication and transmit it as sound waves by applying the transmission side configuration (symbols 631 to 633) as shown in Fig. 7.

In the present invention, the audio advertisement platform server (200) transmits advertisements and sound sources to the affiliated store terminal (100) and broadcasts them through the affiliated store speaker (10), calculates the advertisement fee incurred due to the broadcast, and performs a process of sending the corresponding advertisement fee to the affiliated store terminal (100).

In the present invention, the advertiser terminal (300) concludes an advertising contract with the audio advertising platform server (200) and performs a process of remitting a prescribed advertising fee according to the contract contents.

In the present invention, the sound source providing server (400) is a server operated by a business that provides various sound source data, and may be, for example, a server such as Melon, Genie, or YouTube Music that provides sound sources of various genres.

These sound source provision servers (400) provide the various sound sources to the audio advertising platform server (200) through URL streaming or pre-download through a prescribed contract, and receive the agreed usage fee (including copyright fee) for providing the sound sources.

In the present invention, the communication network (500) refers to a connection means that can provide connection between the audio advertisement platform server (200), the affiliate terminal (100), the advertiser terminal (300), and the sound source providing server (400). Preferably, it is a global public communication network such as the Internet, but it may be a wide area network (WAN), a local area network (LAN), an intranet, a mobile communication network such as CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications), LTE (Long Term Evolution), or any type of network to be implemented in the future regardless of its name.

Figure 2 is a configuration diagram of an audio advertising platform server (200) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In the present invention, the audio advertisement platform server (200) includes a data receiving unit (210), a customer information management unit (220), an advertisement sound source generating unit (230), and a data transmitting unit (240). Reference numeral 250 denotes a control unit that controls the operation of each of these units.

The above data receiving unit (210) receives various data transmitted from the affiliate terminal (100), advertiser terminal (300), and music source providing server (400) and converts the data into a processable form.

The above customer information management department (220) manages unique identification information, contract-related information, and financial-related information of the affiliate terminal (100), advertiser terminal (300), and music source provision server (400).

This information is stored and managed in a database (260).

The above advertising sound source generation unit (230) generates advertising data and sound source data from the advertiser terminal (300) and sound source providing server (400) in a predetermined data format for each affiliate terminal (100) using URL streaming or pre-downloading.

The above data transmission unit (240) converts the advertisement data and sound data generated by the advertisement sound source generation unit (230) into data in a form that can be received by the affiliated store terminal (100) and transmits them.

In the present invention, the audio advertising platform server (200) may analyze unique identification information received from customer terminals (100) and may target and transmit customized advertisements or sound sources that match the average characteristics or tastes of the corresponding customers to the corresponding customers.

With the above configuration, it is possible to maximize the advertising effect by simultaneously providing identical or differentiated advertisements and sound sources to all franchise stores distributed nationwide through the franchise terminal (100).

Figure 3 is a configuration diagram of a merchant terminal (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In the present invention, the affiliated store terminal (100) includes a terminal installed in businesses distributed nationwide that conduct various categories of business. For example, the affiliated stores may be cafes, beauty salons, convenience stores, restaurants, and unmanned stores.

The above-mentioned affiliate terminal (100) is an Internet access device such as a personal computer, a laptop computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a cellular phone, a mainframe computer, and a mini computer, for example.

The above-mentioned affiliate terminal (100) includes a data receiving unit (110), an advertising sound source data processing unit (120), a business information management unit (130), and a data transmitting unit (140). Reference numeral 150 is a control unit that controls the operation of each of these units, and reference numeral 160 is a database.

The above data receiving unit (110) receives advertising data and sound source data from the audio advertising platform server (200), and also receives contract-related information and financial-related information related to the advertising.

The above business information management department (130) performs processes such as input/output, processing, and storage of various data related to basic business, including financial business such as advertising contract business and receipt of advertising fees.

This information is stored and managed in a database (160) together with the above advertisement and sound source data.

The above data transmission unit (140) transmits the signal converted by the above advertisement sound source data processing unit (120) to the affiliated store speaker (10). To this end, it goes without saying that various known wired or wireless communication methods can be applied for communication between the above data transmission unit (140) and the affiliated store speaker (10).

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the merchant terminal (100) may include a separate authentication speaker (101) for performing various processes such as authentication work of the customer terminal (600).

In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the merchant terminal (100) may include a microphone (102) for receiving various sound wave signals, such as an authentication request from a customer terminal (600). The configuration of the microphone (102) may, of course, adopt the configuration (1721 to 1724) of the receiving side of FIG. 7, for example.

Figure 4 is a configuration diagram of an advertiser terminal (300) according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The above advertiser terminal (300) is, for example, an Internet access device such as a personal computer, a laptop computer, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a cellular phone, a mainframe computer, and a mini computer.

The above advertiser terminal (300) includes a data receiving unit (310), an advertising information generating unit (320), a business information management unit (330), and a data transmitting unit (340). Reference numeral 350 is a control unit that controls the operation of each of these units, and reference numeral 360 is a database.

The above data receiving unit (310) receives contract-related information and financial-related information related to advertisements from the audio advertisement platform server (200).

The above advertisement data generation unit (320) plans and produces advertisements of the content and format desired by the advertiser and generates them in the form of voice data or image (still or moving image) data. The voice data is data to be broadcasted through the store speaker (10), and the image data is displayed through a display (including high-level lighting) installed inside or outside the store.

The above basic business management department (330) performs processes such as input/output, processing, and storage of data related to various basic tasks, including advertising contract work, financial work such as calculation and settlement of advertising fees.

The results of each process performed together with the above advertising data are stored and managed in a database (360).

The above data transmission unit (140) transmits the advertisement data generated by the advertisement data generation unit (320) to the audio advertisement platform server (200).

In addition, the audio advertising platform system according to the embodiment of the present invention preferably performs various authentication processes through sound tag transmission between a customer terminal (600) carried by a customer entering and exiting a store and a store terminal (100), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 5.

The above customer terminal (600) may be a mobile terminal possessed by the customer, such as a cellular phone, smart phone, tablet, etc. capable of Internet communication, and is equipped with a microphone capable of receiving sound waves in an audible or inaudible band to enable sound wave communication, and preferably has a transmission module capable of sound wave communication.

Examples of the above authentication process include a stamp coupon authentication process, an entry authentication process, a payment authentication process, etc. at a merchant, and in addition, it includes authentication processes for various tasks using contact or contactless wireless communication.

The above stamp coupon authentication process refers to a process that grants coupons to frequent customers every time they pay for a product or service, and the access authentication process can be performed for the purpose of providing customized services through various statistical record management according to the tendencies of customers using the store, and the payment authentication process refers to an authentication procedure performed for the payment process of a customer purchasing a product or service. It goes without saying that a separate server (e.g., payment intermediary (PG, VAN) server, etc.) may be mediated to perform each of the above processes.

To this end, the customer terminal (600) according to the present invention includes a signal receiving unit (610), a unique identification signal generating unit (620), a unique identification signal converting unit (630), and a signal transmitting unit (640). Reference numeral 650 is a control unit that controls the operation of each of these units, and reference numeral 660 is a database.

In the above invention, the signal receiving unit (610) includes a microphone (601) that receives a sound wave signal input from the affiliated store terminal (100) (or, in some cases, the affiliated store speaker (10)).

In the above invention, the unique identification signal generation unit (620) is included in an application (App) mounted on a customer terminal (600) that receives information from an audio advertising platform server (200) and generates a unique identification signal of the customer terminal (600) through a predetermined algorithm.

The above unique identification signal may include information about the telephone number of the customer terminal, or a combination of unique letters, numbers, and symbols generated arbitrarily through an algorithm other than the telephone number. For example, the above unique identification signal may include QR code data for user authentication.

The unique identification signal conversion unit (630) of the present invention converts the unique identification signal generated as described above into an analog signal modulated in a predetermined format. The analog signal may be an encrypted signal, and may be an acoustic signal or a radio signal.

In the present invention, the signal transmitter (640) preferably converts the modulated analog signal into a sound wave signal in the 4 kHz to 22 kHz band and transmits it to a built-in speaker or as a radio wave signal in the radio band.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the above-mentioned transmitted unique identification signal is input to the unique identification signal receiving unit (171) of the authentication request unit (170) constituting the merchant terminal (100), and converted into a digital signal through a predetermined signal processing in the unique identification signal conversion unit (172).

In the present invention, the authentication basic information extraction unit (173) analyzes the information included in the unique identification signal and extracts basic information (e.g., ID, PW, etc.) for the authentication process of the customer terminal. The authentication basic information extracted in this manner is transmitted to the audio advertising platform server (200) after going through a predetermined signal conversion process.

The above audio advertising platform server (200) includes an authentication processing unit (270), and the authentication processing unit (270) includes an authentication basic information input unit (271), an authentication execution unit (272), and an authentication result generation unit (273).

The above received authentication basic information is entered into the authentication basic information input unit (271), and the authentication performing unit (272) analyzes it to compare it with the information registered in the database (260) to determine whether the customer terminal is normally registered, and performs authentication. The authentication result is generated as a result value in the authentication result generating unit (273), and the result value is transmitted to the affiliate terminal (100).

Thereafter, the affiliate terminal (100) performs various processes, such as stamp coupon processing, entry/exit processing, and payment processing, requested from the customer terminal (600), preferably using sound wave communication, in conjunction with the corresponding application (App) installed in the customer terminal (600).

In the present invention, the configuration of a signal processing unit for sound wave communication between the affiliated store terminal (100) and the customer terminal (600) is illustrated in FIG. 7. The signal processing process illustrated below is only presented for the purpose of understanding the present invention, and the rights are not limited by these examples.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the customer terminal (600) performs a predetermined data conversion on the unique identification information to enable sound wave communication as described in FIG. 5, thereby generating it as sound tag information.

The customer identification signal conversion unit (630) according to the above embodiment of the present invention includes a transmission data bit generation unit (631), a transmission symbol phase generation unit (632), a differential phase shift modulation unit (633), and an OFDM signal modulation unit (634), as illustrated in FIG. 7.

In an embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that symbols d1, d2, d3, ..., d(N-1), dN are generated by a transmission symbol phase generator (632) during a data transmission process.

Using transmission symbols d1, d2, d3, ..., d(N-1), dN, the differential phase shift keying unit (633) generates 0, d1, d1+d2, d1+d2+d3, d1+d2+d3+d4, ..., d1+d2+...+d(N-1), d1+d2+...+dN. Such a transmitter is used in Differential Phase Shift Keying (DPSK) modulation. The 0, d1, d1+d2, d1+d2+d3, d1+d2+d3+d4, ..., d1+d2+...+d(N-1), d1+d2+...+dN symbols generated in the differential phase shift modulation unit (633) are loaded onto each subcarrier of OFDM and modulated through the OFDM signal modulation unit (634).

In addition, the unique identification signal conversion unit (172) of the affiliated store terminal (100) according to the above embodiment includes an OFDM signal demodulation unit (1721), a differential phase shift demodulation unit (1722), a reception symbol phase generation unit (1723), and a reception data bit generation unit (1724), as shown in FIG. 3.

The signals r0, r1, r2, ..., r(N-1), rN demodulated in the OFDM signal demodulator (1721) are input to the differential phase shift demodulator (1722). The differential phase shift demodulator (1722) outputs r1-r0, r2-r1, r3-r2, ..., r(N-1)-r(N-2), rN-r(N-1). The reception symbol phase generator (1723) receives r1-r0, r2-r1, r3-r2, ..., r(N-1)-r(N-2), rN-r(N-1), performs a detection process, and then transmits the detected symbols to the reception data bit generator (1724).

Figure 8 shows an example of a 1-hour broadcast schedule of advertisements and sound sources in an audio advertisement platform system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

According to the above embodiment, the audio advertisement platform server (200) transmits paid music sound sources from the sound source provision server (400) to the affiliated store terminal (100) for 13 minutes and 30 seconds in a pre-download or URL streaming manner, and then transmits an advertisement sound source for 5 minutes, providing a total of 18 minutes and 30 seconds of sound sources. At this time, the advertisement sound source may preferably be a sound source produced by the affiliated store, and is transmitted using a URL streaming manner.

After the sound source is transmitted, a commercial broadcast of 1 minute and 30 seconds is transmitted immediately thereafter, and it is preferable that the commercial broadcast consist of 3 audio commercials transmitted consecutively. At this time, the commercial broadcast is provided from the advertiser terminal (300) and transmitted using the pre-download method.

This process is performed as one cycle, and a total of three cycles are performed consecutively to create a 1-hour transmission schedule.

The combination of each block of the block diagram attached to this specification and each step of the flow diagram may be performed by a mobile terminal app or computer program instructions. These apps or program instructions may be installed in a processor of a general-purpose computer, a special-purpose computer, or other programmable data processing equipment, so that the instructions executed by the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing equipment create a means for performing the functions described in each block of the block diagram or each step of the flow diagram.
