Claims (8)
- 가스 스트림에 함유된 CO2의 양을 감소시키는 공정에서 Mg(OH)2를 재생성하기 위한 시스템으로서,
MgCl2 함유 물질을 스팀과 반응시켜, Mg(OH)Cl 및 HCl을 포함하는 제1 반응기 생성물을 형성하기 위해 구성된 제1 분해 반응기로서, 상기 MgCl2 함유 물질은 약 2.5:1 미만의 물 대 MgCl2 비를 포함하는, 상기 제1 분해 반응기;
상기 제1 분해 반응기로부터의 Mg(OH)Cl을 스팀과 반응시켜, HCl 및 대부분이 Mg(OH)2를 포함하는 마그네슘 함유 생성물을 형성하기 위해 구성된 제2 분해 반응기;
상기 제2 분해 반응기로부터의 Mg(OH)2를 CO2, CaCl2, 및 스팀과 반응시켜, MgCl2 및 CaCO3를 포함하는 생성물을 형성하기 위해 구성된 제1 흡수 반응기를 포함하고,
상기 제1 흡수 반응기가 약 4:1의 물 대 MgCl2 비를 포함하는 액상을 함유하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 분해 반응기로부터의 기체 유출물을 상기 제1 분해 반응기로 통과시키기 위해 구성된 기체 공급물 라인을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 기체 유출물이, HCl, 및 MgCl2 함유 물질과 반응할 스팀을 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 흡수 반응기를 추가로 포함하며, 여기서,
상기 제1 흡수 반응기가 상기 제2 분해 반응기로부터의 Mg(OH)2를 상기 가스 스트림에 함유된 CO2와 혼합하여 MgCO3 및 H2O를 형성하기 위해 구성되고,
상기 제2 흡수 반응기가 상기 제1 흡수 반응기로부터의 MgCO3를 CaCl2와 혼합하여 CaCO3 및 MgCl2를 형성하기 위해 구성되는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수 반응기 생성물이 액상 및 고체상이고, 상기 액상이 50wt% 이상의 MgCl2인, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흡수 반응기를 빠져나가는 상기 액상 중 대부분의 MgCl2가 MgCl2 4수화물 형태인, 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상으로부터 CaCO3의 적어도 일부를 분리하기 위해 구성된 고체 액체 분리기를 추가로 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액상으로부터 물의 일부를 제거하여 물 대 MgCl2의 비를 약 2:1로 하기 위해 구성된 건조기를 추가로 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건조기가 MgCl2 2수화물을 형성하기 위해 구성되는, 시스템.
