Abstract
본 발명은 상술한 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 폴리 L-락트산(PLLA, Poly L-Lactic Acid), 폴리락트산(PLA, Poly Lactic Acid), 폴리디옥사논(PDO, Polydioxanone), 모노크릴(Monocryl), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL, polycarprolactone), 폴리글리콜산(PGA, Poly glycolic acid), 폴리락틱코글리콜산(PLGA, Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid), 보툴리눔 독소A형, 아세틸 헥사펩타이드, 메티오닐 r-클로스트리듐 보툴리늄 폴리펩타이드-1헥사펩타이드-40 및 보톡스하이브리드 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2 이상을 포함하는 재료를 실로 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는데, 이에 의할 때, 원하는 피부의 위치에 정확하게 아세틸콜린의 분비나 작용을 억제할 수 있고, 지속적인 피부자극을 수행할 수 있어 세포 또는 생체조직의 증식이 유발의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

- 폴리 L-락트산(PLLA, Poly L-Lactic Acid), 폴리락트산(PLA, Poly Lactic Acid), 폴리디옥사논(PDO, Polydioxanone), 모노크릴(Monocryl), 폴리카프로락톤(PCL, polycarprolactone), 폴리글리콜산(PGA, Poly glycolic acid), 폴리락틱코글리콜산(PLGA, Poly lactic-co-glycolic acid), 보툴리눔 독소A형, 아세틸 헥사펩타이드, 메티오닐 r-클로스트리듐 보툴리늄 폴리펩타이드-1헥사펩타이드-40 및 보톡스하이브리드 단백질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2 이상을 포함하는 재료를 실로 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실은 외부를 구성하는 외피층과 그 내부에 실의 길이 방향으로 매립된 중심층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 중심층의 내부에는 실의 길이 방향으로 매립된 제2중심층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 중심층 주변에는 실의 길이 방향으로 적어도 하나의 주변중심층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실은 실의 길이 방향으로 2 이상의 재료로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 3 또는 4 항에 있어서,
상기 실은 외피층, 중심층, 제2중심층 또는 주변중심층은 생체흡수 기간이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실의 길이는 0.5㎜ 내지 20 ㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능성 생체적합실.
