Abstract
적어도 다음을 혼합하여 생성되는 조성물에 있어서: 적어도 다음을 혼합하여 생성되는 조성물에 있어서:
- 빗형 폴리디올 공중합체(comb polydiol copolymer) (A1); 및
- 2개 이상의 보론산 에스테르 작용기를 포함하는 화합물 (A2);를 포함하고, 상기 빗형 폴리디올 공중합체 (A1)는 주쇄(main chain) 및 측쇄(side chains)를 포함하고, 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 상기 측쇄의 적어도 일부는 30개 초과의 탄소원자를 포함하는 올리고머(oligomers)로 구성된다.
이들은 사용된 화합물 A1 및 A2의 비율에 따라 매우 다양한 유변학적 특성을 나타낸다. 하나 이상의 윤활유를 이러한 결합성 및 교환성 중합체의 조성물과 혼합하여 생성되는 조성물 및 기계 부품을 윤활하기 위한 이 조성물의 용도.
Description
도 2는 빗형 공중합체를 도식적으로 나타낸다.
도 3은 디올의 존재 하에 2개의 폴리디올 중합체(A1-1 및 A1-2)와 2개의 붕소산 에스테르 중합체(A2-1 및 A2-2)사이의 붕소산 에스테르 결합 교환에 대한 반응을 도식적으로 도시한다.
도 4는 테트라히드로푸란(tetrahydrofuran:THF)에서 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 가교를 도식적으로 도시하고 나타낸다.
도 5는 온도의 함수로서 본 발명의 조성물의 거동을 도식적으로 나타낸다. 디올 작용기(작용기 A)를 갖는 공중합체(2)는 에스테르 교환 반응(transesterification reaction)을 통해 붕소산 에스테르 작용기(작용기 B)를 갖는 공중합체(1)와 열가역적으로 결합 할 수 있다. 에스테르 교환 반응 중에 교환되는 붕소산 에스테르 작용기(작용기 B)의 유기기(organic group)는 흑색 초승달(black crescent) 모양으로 상징되는 디올이다. 붕소산 에스테르 유형의 화학 결합(3)이 형성되고 디올 화합물이 방출된다.

Claims (13)
- 적어도 다음을 혼합하여 생성되는 조성물에 있어서:
- 빗형 폴리디올 공중합체(comb polydiol copolymer) (A1);
- 2개 이상의 보론산 에스테르 작용기를 포함하는 화합물 (A2);를 포함하고,
상기 빗형 폴리디올 공중합체 (A1)는 주쇄(main chain) 및 측쇄(side chains)를 포함하고, 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 상기 측쇄의 적어도 일부는 30개 초과의 탄소원자를 포함하는 올리고머(oligomers)로 구성되는, 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 측쇄의 적어도 일부는 적어도 50개의 탄소 원자, 더 많은 70개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 올리고머로 구성되는, 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 측쇄의 적어도 일부는 5 내지 10000, 바람직하게는 5 내지 500, 더 바람직하게는 5 내지 200의 중합도(degree of polymerization)을 나타내는, 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머로 구성된 상기 측쇄는 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 총 중량에 대하여 3 내지 95중량%, 바람직하게 15 내지 95중량%를 나타내는, 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 상기 측쇄의 적어도 일부는 폴리올레핀 단편(polyolefin fragment)를 포함하는 올리고머 (O1)으로 구성되는, 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 단편을 포함하는 상기 측쇄는 상기 공중합체 (A1)의 총 중량에 대하여 3 내지 85중량%, 바람직하게는 15 내지 70중량%를 나타내는, 조성물.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머 (O1)은 일반식 (IX)의 하나 이상의 단량체(M6)에 대응하는 반복 단위의 형태로 상기 공중합체(A1)에 존재하며,

여기서, Q1은 -H, -CH3, 및 -CH2-CH3에 의해 형성된 그룹에서 선택되고;

- 제 1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 빗형 공중합체(A1)의 주쇄는 40 내지 2000, 바람직하게 40 내지 1000범위의 수-평균(number-average) 중합도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 빗형 공중합체(A1)의 올리고머 펜던트 사슬은 8 내지 1000 범위의 수-평균 중합도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 (A2)는

- R4, R5, R6, 및 R7은 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소 원자 또는 0 내지 30개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 탄화수소 그룹으로부터 선택된 그룹을 나타내며, 하이드록실(hydroxyl) 또는 -OJ 또는 -C(O)-O-J 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 그룹으로 임의로 치환되고, 여기서 J는 1 내지 24개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 탄화수소 그룹;
- L은 C6-C18 아릴(aryl), C6-C18 아랄킬(aralkyl) 및 C2-C24 탄화수소 사슬(hydrocarbon chain)로 형성된 그룹에서 선택된 2가 연결기(divalent linking group);

- t는 0 또는 1의 정수;

- M 및 R8 은 a C6-C18 아릴(aryl), C7-C24 아랄킬(aralkyl) 및 C2-C24 알킬(alkyl); 바람직하게 M은 C6-C18 아릴(aryl) 및 R8 는 C7-C24 아랄킬(aralkyl);
- X는 -O-C(O)-, -C(O)-O-, -C(O)-N(H)-, -N(H)-C(O)-, -S-, -N(H)-, -N(R'4)- 및 -O- 로 형성된 그룹에서 선택된 작용기(functional group)이고, R'4는 1 내지 15개의 탄소원자를 포함하는 탄화수소 사슬이고;
- R9는 -H, -CH3 및 -CH2-CH3 로 형성된 그룹에서 선택되고;
- R9는 -H, -CH3 및 -CH2-CH3 로 형성된 그룹에서 선택되고;
