Abstract
본 발명은 치약 조성물이다. 그 구체적인 성분은, 치약 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 페그마타이트 1.50~2.50중량%, 이산화규소 1.50~8.50중량%, 덴탈타입실리카 10.42~17.60중량%, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄 0.04~0.06중량%, 아미노카프로산 0.02~0.06중량%, D-소르비톨액 26.00~70.00중량%, 농글리세린 4.00~6.00중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500 0.60~1.40중량%, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 0.60~1.40중량%, 마트리카리아엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 세이지엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 유칼립투스추출물 0.06~0.14중량%, 알로에엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 자몽종자추출물 0.12~0.28중량%, 자일리톨 0.06~0.14중량%, 효소처리스테비아 0.04~0.06중량%, L-멘톨 0.30~0.60중량%, 민트향 0.10~0.30중량%, 마이카 0.20~0.60중량%, 은박 0.006~0.014중량%, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 1.00~3.00중량% 및 정제수 8.58~31.60중량%가 포함되고, 상기 이산화규소의 입자 크기는 6~22μm이며, 상기 덴탈타입실리카 및 페그마타이트의 입자 크기는 각각 1~20μm이다.
Description
본 발명은 치약 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 주성분으로서 이산화규소, 덴탈타입실리카, D-소르비톨액, 농글리세린, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 및 페그마타이트 등이 포함되어 구취 제거, 항균작용 및 치태 억제 효과가 우수한 치약 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 기술이 속하는 치약은 치아를 청결하게 하고 연마할 목적으로 칫솔에 묻혀 사용하는 약물성 복합물질이다. 형태는 분말, 크림 또는 액상 등으로 이루어지고, 소독작용, 치석용해작용, 냄새감퇴작용 및 충치나 치조농루 등의 예방 또는 치료에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 만들어진다.
종래에 주로 사용되는 기제에는 탄산칼슘, 인산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 염화마그네슘 등이 사용되고, 주로 치아의 기계적 청소에 효과적으로 작용하도록 사용되며, 입자의 크기와 경도 및 모양이 적당하지 않으면 치아의 표면을 손상시킬 우려가 있으므로, 입자의 크기는 대략 1~20㎛로서 균일하게 만들고, 결정은 치아가 상하지 않도록 예민하지 않게 만들며, 경도는 모스 굳기 3도 정도로 만든다.
상기와 같은 기제 외에 청정제, 향료, 색소, 살균소독제, 치석용해제, 중화제 등이 조금씩 혼입되어 있으며, 크림 타입에는 이외에도 접합제, 안정제 등이 첨가되고 있다.
대한민국 등록특허 제314789호는 충치 예방 및 구강내 염증에 억제효과를 나타내는 치약 조성물에 있어서, 스핀고리피드를 활성성분으로 함유하는 충치 예방 및 구강내 염증 치료용 치약 조성물이 게재되어 있고, 대한민국 등록특허 제482648호는 옥 파우더 0.01~10중량% 및 두송나무 열매 추출물 0.001~10중량%가 함유된 치약조성물이 게재되어 있으며, 대한민국 공개특허 제2001-20067호에는 습윤제, 연마제, 점도조절제, 기포제 등으로 구성되는 치약 조성물에 있어서, 향치료법에 사용되는 천연의 에센셜 오일류를 그 종류에 따라 0.3~2.5중량% 만큼 α타입, β타입, γ타입의 싸이클로덱스트린의 혼합체 3.0~25.0중량%에 포접시켜 아로마테라피용 에센셜 오일을 함유하는 치약 조성물 및 그의 제조방법이 게재되어 있다.
그러나, 종래기술에서는 페그마타이트(Pegmatite)를 함유하는 치약 조성물에 대해서는 게재된 바 없다.
따라서, 본 발명은 구취 제거, 항균작용 및 치태 억제 효과를 우수하게 발현시키고자 주성분으로서 페그마타이트를 포함하여 이산화규소, 덴탈타입실리카, D-소르비톨액, 농글리세린 및 코코일글루타민산나트륨이 포함된 치약 조성물을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물의 구체적인 성분은, 치약 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 페그마타이트 1.50~2.50중량%, 이산화규소 1.50~8.50중량%, 덴탈타입실리카 10.42~17.60중량%, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄 0.04~0.06중량%, 아미노카프로산 0.02~0.06중량%, D-소르비톨액 26.00~70.00중량%, 농글리세린 4.00~6.00중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500 0.60~1.40중량%, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 0.60~1.40중량%, 마트리카리아엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 세이지엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 유칼립투스추출물 0.06~0.14중량%, 알로에엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 자몽종자추출물 0.12~0.28중량%, 자일리톨 0.06~0.14중량%, 효소처리스테비아 0.04~0.06중량%, L-멘톨 0.30~0.60중량%, 민트향 0.10~0.30중량%, 마이카 0.20~0.60중량%, 은박 0.006~0.014중량%, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 1.00~3.00중량% 및 정제수 8.58~31.60중량%가 포함되고, 상기 이산화규소의 입자 크기는 6~22μm이며, 상기 덴탈타입실리카 및 페그마타이트의 입자 크기는 각각 1~20μm이다.
본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물을 사용하게 되면, 치태 제거 및 치석의 침착 방지 효과가 우수하고, 구취 제거 및 항균작용이 탁월하여 치아와 잇몸을 건강하게 유지하는데 유용한 효과가 발생된다.
본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물에는 페그마타이트, 이산화규소, 덴탈타입실리카, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄, 아미노카프로산, D-소르비톨액, 농글리세린, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨, 마트리카리아엑스, 세이지엑스, 유칼립투스추출물, 알로에엑스, 자몽종자추출물, 자일리톨, 효소처리스테비아, L-멘톨, 민트향, 마이카, 은박, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 및 정제수가 일정한 비율로 포함된다.
상기 페그마타이트는 치태 제거, 구취 제거 및 항균성을 향상시킨다. 페그마타이트는 상온에서 원적외선을 다량 방출하고 탈취효과와 항균효과를 나타내는 천연석으로서, 페그마타이트(Pegmatite)의 분말을 치약 조성물에 함유시킴으로써, 구강내 독소와 염증제거 및 통증완화의 약리작용에 활용할 수 있으나, 지금까지 치약에 사용되고 있지 않는 실정이다.
종래 공지된 연마제로는 탄산칼슘, 인산칼슘, 이산화규소, 인산칼슘, 무수규산, 수산화알루미늄 등이 있으나, 본 발명은 연마제로서 페그마타이트, 이산화규소, 덴탈타입실리카의 조합을 사용하는 것이 특징이다.
본 발명에서 연마제로 사용되는 페그마타이트, 이산화규소, 덴탈타입실리카는 치아에 부착된 치구, 치석 등을 제거하여 치아 표면에 본연의 광택을 주는 작용을 한다. 연마력은 연마제의 종류, 배합량, 연마제의 입자 크기에 따라 결정되고, 통상 20μm까지는 입자가 커짐에 따라 연마력도 함께 높아진다.
또한, 연마제는 백색의 무미, 무취의 분말상으로서, 치아의 상태를 손상시키지 않을 정도의 경도를 유지해야 하고, 입자의 결정은 침상이나 봉상 등 치아의 손상을 유발하는 형상은 회피해야 하며, 입자의 지름은 1~20μm로 작아야 하고, pH는 약산성 중성 또는 약알칼리성인 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 이산화규소는 바람직한 연마 효과를 갖기 위해 6~22μm의 크기인 것이 바람직하고, 상기 덴탈타입실리카는 자극 없이 치태의 침착을 예방시켜주고 치아를 건강하고 하얗게 하는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 조성물에서 아미노카프로산 및 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄은 치주질환 예방제로서 사용되되, 아미노카프로산은 항출혈 항염증 효능이 우수하여 지혈 작용을 통해 잇몸의 출혈을 예방하고, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄은 구강점막을 보호하여 잇몸염증 방지, 치은염 및 치주염에 수반되는 부기 및 발적을 예방하며 잇몸 염증과 통증을 경감해 주는 효과가 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 치약 조성물의 구체적인 조성물과 그에 따른 성분비를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
치약 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 페그마타이트 1.50~2.50중량%, 이산화규소 1.50~8.50중량%, 덴탈타입실리카 10.42~17.60중량%, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄 0.04~0.06중량%, 아미노카프로산 0.02~0.06중량%, D-소르비톨액 26.00~70.00중량%, 농글리세린 4.00~6.00중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500 0.60~1.40중량%, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 0.60~1.40중량%, 마트리카리아엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 세이지엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 유칼립투스추출물 0.06~0.14중량%, 알로에엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 자몽종자추출물 0.12~0.28중량%, 자일리톨 0.06~0.14중량%, 효소처리스테비아 0.04~0.06중량%, L-멘톨 0.30~0.60중량%, 민트향 0.10~0.30중량%, 마이카 0.20~0.60중량%, 은박 0.006~0.014중량%, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 1.00~3.00중량% 및 정제수 8.58~31.60중량%가 일정한 비율로 포함된다.
상기한 조성물들의 구체적인 성분비가 포함된 실시예는 다음과 같다.
치약 조성물의 총중량 750.00g에 대하여 페그마타이트 1.50~2.50중량%에 해당하는 11.25~18.75g과, 이산화규소 1.50~8.50중량%에 해당하는 11.25~63.75g과, 덴탈타입실리카 10.42~17.60중량%에 해당하는 78.15~132.00g과, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄 0.04~0.06중량%에 해당하는 0.30~0.45g과, 아미노카프로산 0.02~0.06중량%에 해당하는 0.15~0.45g과, D-소르비톨액 26.00~70.00중량%에 해당하는 195.00~525.00g과, 농글리세린 4.00~6.00중량%에 해당하는 30.00~45.00g과, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500 0.60~1.40중량%에 해당하는 4.50~10.50g과, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 0.60~1.40중량%에 해당하는 4.50~10.50g과, 마트리카리아엑스 0.06~0.14중량%에 해당하는 0.45~1.05g과, 세이지엑스 0.06~0.14중량%에 해당하는 0.45~1.05g과, 유칼립투스추출물 0.06~0.14중량%에 해당하는 0.45~1.05g과, 알로에엑스 0.06~0.14중량%에 해당하는 0.45~1.05g과, 자몽종자추출물 0.12~0.28중량%에 해당하는 0.90~2.10g과, 자일리톨 0.06~0.14중량%에 해당하는 0.45~1.05g과, 효소처리스테비아 0.04~0.06중량%에 해당하는 0.30~0.45g과, L-멘톨 0.30~0.60중량%에 해당하는 2.25~4.50g과, 민트향 0.10~0.30중량%에 해당하는 0.75~2.25g과, 마이카 0.20~0.60중량%에 해당하는 1.50~4.50g과, 은박 0.006~0.014중량%에 해당하는 0.05~0.11g과, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 1.00~3.00중량%에 해당하는 7.50~22.50g과 및 정제수 8.58~31.60중량%에 해당하는 64.35~237.00g을 포함시켜 진공상태에서 20분간 교반시키면서 점성이 있는 페이스트 상태로 본 발명의 치약 조성물이 제조된다.
참고로, 상기와 같은 각각의 조성물에서 각각의 성분중 최저치의 수치로만 본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물을 만들면 치약 조성물의 총중량은 414.95g이 되고, 각각의 성분중 최고치의 수치로만 본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물을 만들면 치약 조성물의 총중량은 1,085.06g이 됨에 따라, 상기한 실시예처럼 본 발명에 따른 치약 조성물은 414.95~1,085.06g 사이에서 만들어지는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 실시예는 하나의 예시일 뿐, 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 치약 조성물의 총중량을 늘리면서 대량으로 생산할 때에는 각각의 성분비의 범위내에서 얼마든지 대량으로 치약 조성물을 만들 수 있다.

- 치약 조성물의 총중량에 대하여 페그마타이트 1.50~2.50중량%, 이산화규소 1.50~8.50중량%, 덴탈타입실리카 10.42~17.60중량%, 알란토인클로로히드록시알루미늄 0.04~0.06중량%, 아미노카프로산 0.02~0.06중량%, D-소르비톨액 26.00~70.00중량%, 농글리세린 4.00~6.00중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜1500 0.60~1.40중량%, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨 0.60~1.40중량%, 마트리카리아엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 세이지엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 유칼립투스추출물 0.06~0.14중량%, 알로에엑스 0.06~0.14중량%, 자몽종자추출물 0.12~0.28중량%, 자일리톨 0.06~0.14중량%, 효소처리스테비아 0.04~0.06중량%, L-멘톨 0.30~0.60중량%, 민트향 0.10~0.30중량%, 마이카 0.20~0.60중량%, 은박 0.006~0.014중량%, 코코일글루타민산나트륨 1.00~3.00중량% 및 정제수 8.58~31.60중량%가 포함되고, 상기 이산화규소의 입자 크기는 6~22μm이며, 상기 덴탈타입실리카 및 페그마타이트의 입자 크기는 각각 1~20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 치약 조성물.
