Claims (14)
- 음극;
양극;
상기 음극과 양극 사이에 개재되며, 상기 음극과 대면하는 제1 면 및 상기 양극과 대면하는 제2 면을 포함하는 세퍼레이터;
상기 제1 면에 위치하며, 섬유상 고분자 및 내열성 고분자를 포함하는 제1 기능층; 그리고
상기 제2 면에 위치하며, 무기 입자 및 유기 입자를 포함하는 제2 기능층;
을 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기능층의 두께는,
1㎛ 내지 12㎛인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기능층은 교차 방사 또는 동시 방사를 이용하여 형성된 네트워크 구조를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기능층은 통기도가 60% 내지 80% 범위인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유상 고분자는,
폴리에틸렌 (PE, Poly Ethylene), 폴리프로필렌 (PP, Polypropylene), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 (PMMA, Poly(methylemethacrylate)), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오로라이드 (PVdF, Polyvinylidene fluoride), 폴리비닐피롤리돈 (PVP, Polyvinyl pyrrolidone), 폴리설폰 (PSF, Polysulfone), 폴리스틸렌 (PS, Polystyrene), 폴리염화비닐 (PVC, Polyvinyl chloride), 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET, Polyethylene terephthalate) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내열성 고분자는,
폴리이미드 (PI, Polyimide), 폴리에테르이미드 (PEI, Polyetherimide), 폴리비닐알콜 (PVA, Polyvinyl Alcohol), 폴리아크릴니트릴 (PAN, Polyacrylonitrile), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 (PTFE, Polytetrafluoroethylene), 폴리아미드이미드 (PAI, Polyamide-imide), 폴리에테르에테르케톤 (PEEK, Polyether ether ketone), 폴리에테르설폰 (PES, Polyether sulfone), 및 폴리페닐린설파이드 (PPS, Polyphenylene sulfide) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유상 고분자 및 상기 내열성 고분자의 혼합 중량비는,
5 : 5 내지 8 : 2인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 기능층의 두께는,
2㎛ 내지 15㎛인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기 입자는,
리튬망간계 산화물 및 리튬인산철계 산화물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 입자는, 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 입자의 평균 입경은 0.5㎛ 내지 2㎛ 범위인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 기능층을 기준으로
상기 유기 입자의 함량은 5 중량% 내지 60 중량%인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터는,
폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리펜텐, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아세탈, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌설파이드로 및 폴리에틸렌나프탈렌 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 기재, 또는 상기 기재 상에 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅 기재를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전극 조립체; 및
상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 외장재를 포함하는 이차 전지.
