Claims (14)
- 바인더 고분자;
유기 염료, 유용성 염료 및 유기 형광체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 포함하는 착색제; 및
용매를 포함하고,
25℃에서의 점도가 1,000cP 이상인, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 25℃에서의 점도가 1,000cP 내지 10,000cP인, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 착색제의 상기 용매에 대한 용해도는 25℃에서 300g/L 내지 500g/L인, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 착색제는 상기 용매 100중량부에 대하여 0.01중량부 내지 10중량부로 포함되는, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 착색제는 금속 이온을 더 포함하며,
상기 금속 이온은 상기 유기 염료, 상기 유용성 염료 및 유기 형광체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종과 착염(complex salt) 구조를 형성하는, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 금속 이온은 구리, 코발트, 크롬, 니켈 및/또는 철로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속의 이온인, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 바인더 고분자는 상기 용매 100중량부에 대하여 5중량부 내지 15중량부로 포함되는, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물의 고형분 함량은 5중량% 내지 15중량%인, 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물.
- 전극 집전체;
상기 전극 집전체 상에 형성되는 전극 활물질층; 및
상기 전극 접전체 상에 형성되며 상기 전극 활물질층과 일부 영역에서 중첩되도록 형성되는 절연층을 포함하고,
상기 절연층은 청구항 1에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물로 형성되는, 리튬 이차전지용 전극.
- 전극 집전체 상에 활물질 슬러리 조성물을 도포하여 미건조 전극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 미건조 전극 활물질층과 일부 영역에서 중첩되도록 청구항 1에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 절연층 형성용 조성물을 도포하여 미건조 절연층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 미건조 전극 활물질층과 상기 미건조 절연층을 동시에 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 활물질 슬러리 조성물과 상기 절연층 형성용 조성물의 25℃에서의 점도 차이는 5,000cP 이하인, 리튬 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 활물질 슬러리 조성물의 25℃에서의 점도는 5,000cP 내지 15,000cP인, 리튬 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 활물질 슬러리 조성물은 상기 바인더 고분자와 동일한 고분자 물질을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 따른 리튬 이차전지용 전극을 포함하는, 리튬 이차전지.
