Claims (20)
- 가요성 장치용 조립체 층으로서,
약 0 내지 약 50 중량%의 C1-C9 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트;
약 40 내지 약 99 중량%의 C10-C24 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 30 중량%의 하이드록실 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 10 중량%의 비-하이드록시 작용성 극성 단량체; 및
약 0 내지 약 5 중량%의 가교결합제
를 포함하는 전구체로부터 유도되는 조립체 층. - 제1항에 있어서, 약 -30℃ 내지 약 90℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 1 ㎐의 주파수에서의 전단 저장 모듈러스가 약 2 MPa 이하이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 인가된 전단 응력으로 5초에 측정되는 전단 크리프 컴플라이언스(J)가 약 6×10-6 1/Pa 이상이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 범위 내의 인가된 전단 응력의 적어도 하나의 지점에서 인가된 전단 응력을 제거한 후 약 1분 이내의 변형 회복률(strain recovery)이 약 50% 이상인 조립체 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 100 ㎑의 주파수에서 측정될 때 유전 상수(Dk)가 약 5.0 미만인 조립체 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조립체 층의 유전 상수(Dk)는 약 400 시간 초과 동안 약 65℃/90% 상대 습도 조건에 노출 시 그의 초기 값의 약 40% 초과만큼 변화하지 않는, 조립체 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가요성 장치는 가요성 전자 디스플레이인, 조립체 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학적으로 투명한 조립체 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 전이 온도가 약 -20℃ 미만인 조립체 층.
- 제1 가요성 기재(substrate);
제2 가요성 기재; 및
제1 가요성 기재와 제2 가요성 기재 사이에서 그리고 제1 가요성 기재 및 제2 가요성 기재와 접촉하여 위치되는 조립체 층을 포함하며, 조립체 층은
약 0 내지 약 50 중량%의 C1-C9 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트;
약 40 내지 약 99 중량%의 C10-C24 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 30 중량%의 하이드록실 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 10 중량%의 비-하이드록시 작용성 극성 단량체; 및
약 0 내지 약 5 중량%의 가교결합제
를 포함하는 전구체로부터 유도되는, 라미네이트. - 제8항에 있어서, 약 -30℃ 내지 약 90℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 조립체 층은 1 ㎐의 주파수에서의 전단 저장 모듈러스가 약 2 MPa 이하이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 인가된 전단 응력으로 5초에 측정되는 전단 크리프 컴플라이언스(J)가 약 6×10-6 1/Pa 이상이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 범위 내의 인가된 전단 응력의 적어도 하나의 지점에서 인가된 전단 응력을 제거한 후 약 1분 이내의 변형 회복률이 약 50% 이상인, 라미네이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 기재 및 제2 기재 중 적어도 하나는 광학적으로 투명한, 라미네이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 조립체 층은 유리 전이 온도가 약 -20℃ 미만인, 라미네이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실온에서 24시간의 기간에 걸쳐 약 10 mm 미만의 곡률 반경을 강제하는 채널 내에 배치된 때에 파괴를 나타내지 않는 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 실온에서 24시간 후에 채널로부터 꺼낸 후 약 130도 이상의 끼인각(included angle)으로 복귀하는 라미네이트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 약 10 mm 미만의 곡률 반경으로 약 10,000회 접는 실온에서의 동적 접힘 시험을 받은 때에 파괴를 나타내지 않는 라미네이트.
- 제1 기재와 제2 기재를 접착시키는 방법으로서, 제1 및 제2 기재 둘 모두는 가요성이며, 상기 방법은
라미네이트를 형성하기 위하여 제1 가요성 기재와 제2 가요성 기재 사이에 조립체 층을 위치시키는 단계; 및
라미네이트를 형성하기 위하여 압력 및 열 중 적어도 하나를 가하는 단계를 포함하며,
조립체 층은
약 0 내지 약 50 중량%의 C1-C9 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트;
약 40 내지 약 99 중량%의 C10-C24 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 30 중량%의 하이드록실 (메트)아크릴레이트;
약 0 내지 약 10 중량%의 비-하이드록시 작용성 극성 단량체; 및
약 0 내지 약 5 중량%의 가교결합제
를 포함하는 전구체로부터 유도되는, 방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 약 -30℃ 내지 약 90℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 조립체 층은 1 ㎐의 주파수에서의 전단 저장 모듈러스가 약 2 MPa 이하이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 인가된 전단 응력으로 5초에 측정되는 전단 크리프 컴플라이언스(J)가 약 6×10-6 1/Pa 이상이고, 약 20 ㎪ 내지 약 200 ㎪의 범위 내의 인가된 전단 응력의 적어도 하나의 지점에서 인가된 전단 응력을 제거한 후 약 1분 이내의 변형 회복률이 약 50% 이상인, 방법.

- 제18항에 있어서, 라미네이트는 실온에서 24시간 후에 채널로부터 꺼낸 후 약 130도 이상의 끼인각으로 복귀하는, 방법.
