Claims (28)
- 열분해 오일을 처리하는 방법으로서,
상기 열분해 오일의 보다 경질 분획 및 보다 중질 분획으로의 제 1 분리를 수행하는 단계,
상기 보다 경질 분획을 플레이트 증류 처리하는 단계, 및
상기 중질 분획을 황 및 질소 제거 처리하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 분리 수행시에 박막 증류를 사용하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 플레이트 증류시에 약 10 내지 30 개의 플레이트를 사용하는, 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 플레이트 증류를 환류(reflux) 제어 헤드를 갖는 컬럼에서 수행하는, 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 플레이트 증류를 다단식으로(in stages) 수행하되, 이때 제 1 단이 약 100 내지 400 torr에서 더 낮은 분획을 수집하고, 제 2 단이 상기 제 1 단보다 높은 진공을 갖는, 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 환류 제어 헤드를 약 2:1 내지 10:1의 비율로 설정하여 상기 플레이트 증류를 수행하는, 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
테르펜, 머캅탄, 사이클로헥센 및 알킬화된 모노사이클 분획으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 물질의 분리를 상기 컬럼 증류에 의해 수행하는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 열분해 오일의 보다 경질 분획 및 보다 중질 분획으로의 제 1 분리를 수행하는 단계, 및
