Abstract

본 발명은 치료 대상자에게 통증이 발생되는 것을 억제하며 지속적이고 근본적인 피부 치료 효과를 얻을 수 있는 치료장치에 관한 것으로, 핸드피스 본체부, 상기 핸드피스 본체부 일측에 구비되며 내부에 중공을 가지고 치료자의 피부 표피층에 선단이 삽입되는 복수의 니들을 포함하는 니들부, 상기 니들부와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 니들의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 고주파전류를 입력받아 상기 니들을 고주파전류에 의해 발열시키는 고주파 발생부, 상기 복수의 니들 중공과 연통되어 상기 니들의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 상기 중공을 통해 상기 표피층에 약물을 전단하는 약물 전달부를 포함한다.

지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치{A MEDICAL HANDPIECE HAVING RADIO FREQUENCY HEATING FUNCTION}
본 발명은 치료장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고주파 및 약물을 겸용하여 치료 대상자에게 통증이 발생되는 것을 억제하며 지속적이고 근본적인 피부 치료 효과를 얻을 수 있는 치료장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 고주파 전류는 일반적으로 100,000 Hz 이상의 교류 전류를 말하고 진동 폭이 짧고 이로 인하여 전기화학적 반응 또는 전기 분해 현상이 없으며 진동 전류 에너지가 정해진 경로 내에서만 열에너지로 변환이 되는 특징을 가진다.
특히, 고주파 전류는 인체 조직을 통전할 때 진동 폭이 매우 짧기 때문에 이온 운동을 거의 야기하지 않으며, 전기화학적 반응 또는 전기분해현상을 일으키지 않는다. 고주파의 전기 에너지가 조직에 가해지면 전류의 방향이 바뀔 때마다 조직을 구성하는 분자들이 진동하면서 서로 마찰하게 되어 생체열을 발생시키게 된다.
또한 이러한 고주파는 다른 전류 형태와 달리 감각신경 및 운동신경을 자극하지 않고, 인체 내 불편함이나 근수축을 일으키지 않으며, 열에너지를 발생할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 이러한 열 에너지는 또한 세포의 기능을 증진시키고 혈류량을 증가시키는 추가 효과를 유도할 수 있다.
이에 고주파 치료 장치는 고주파 전류를 이용하여 피부의 재생, 리프팅, 멜라닌 색소의 분비 억제 또는 비만 치료 뿐만 아니라, 피부관리, 모발촉진 또는 통증완화 등의 다양한 치료 용도로 사용되고 있다.
일반적인 고주파 치료 장치는 피부의 치료부위와 접촉되어 고주파 전류가 인가되는 고주파 전극을 구비한 핸드피스, 전원을 공급받아 핸드피스에 고주파 전류를 공급하는 고주파 발생부와 고주파 발생부의 작동을 제어하는 고주파 작동 제어부를 구비하는 본체를 포함하고, 핸드피스는 본체에 케이블 등으로 전기적으로 연결된 형태로 구성된다.
이러한 일반적인 고주파 치료 장치는 치료 대상자에게 다소의 통증을 유발할 수 있으며 고주파 치료 장치만의 치료를 통해서는 지속적이고 근본적인 피부 치료에는 다소 어려움이 있다.

이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 제반 사항을 고려하여 제안된 것으로, 본 발명은 고주파를 이용한 치료 장치에 있어서 치료 대상자에게 통증이 발생되는 것을 억제하며 지속적이고 근본적인 피부 치료 효과를 얻을 수 있는 치료장치를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는 핸드피스 본체부, 상기 핸드피스 본체부 일측에 구비되며 내부에 중공을 가지고 치료자의 피부 표피층에 선단이 삽입되는 복수의 니들을 포함하는 니들부, 상기 니들부와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 니들의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 고주파전류를 입력받아 상기 니들을 고주파전류에 의해 발열시키는 고주파 발생부, 상기 복수의 니들 중공과 연통되어 상기 니들의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 상기 중공을 통해 상기 표피층에 약물을 전단하는 약물 전달부를 포함한다.
본 발명에 의한 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는 고주파를 이용하여 피부 표피층의 콜라겐을 개조한 후 약물을 주입하여 약물의 지속성을 증가시켜 피부개선 효과를 증진시킬 수 있다.
또한 본 발명에 의한 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는 치료시 치료자의 치료 대상 피부 표면층을 확장하여 치료하기 때문에 치료 효과를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한 본 발명에 의한 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는 치료시 치료자의 치료 대상 피부 표면층을 냉각하여 치료하기 때문에 치료자의 통증을 완화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명에 의한 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는 치료를 위한 약물 주입시 발생하는 역압력을 제거하여 주기 때문에 약물 주입 제어를 정밀하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료 시스템의 전체 구성도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치의 피부 치료 순서를 안내하기 위한 참조도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치의 내부 구성을 나타낸 구성도이다.
본 발명에 따른 실시예에 대하여 구체적으로 설명하기 전에, 본 발명은 이하의 상세한 설명 또는 첨부 도면에 도시된 구성에 한정되지 않으며 다양한 방식으로 사용되거나 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 본 명세서에 사용되는 표현이나 용어는, 단지 설명을 위한 것이며, 한정을 위한 것으로 간주되어서는 안 된다는 것을 알아야 한다.
즉, 본 명세서에 사용되는, "장착된", "설치된", "접속된", "연결된", "지지된", "결합된" 등의 표현은, 다른 것을 나타내는 것으로 지시하거나 한정하고 있는 않는 한, 직접적인 그리고 간접적인 장착, 설치, 접속, 연결, 지지, 및 결합을 모두 포함하는 광범위한 표현으로 사용되고 있다. "접속된", "연결된", "결합된"이라고 하는 표현은, 물리적인 또는 기계적인 접속, 연결 또는 결합에 한정되지 않는다.
그리고 본 명세서에서, 상부, 하부, 하향, 상향, 후방, 바닥, 전방, 후부 등과 같이 방향을 나타내는 용어는 도면을 설명하기 위해 사용되고 있지만, 이러한 용어는, 편의를 위해 도면에 대해 상대적인 방향(정상적으로 봤을 때)을 나타내는 것이다. 이러한 방향을 나타내는 용어는, 어떠한 형태로든 본 발명을 그 문자대로 한정하거나 제한하는 것으로 받아들여져서는 안 된다.
또한, 본 명세서에서 사용되는 "제1", "제2", "제3" 등의 용어는, 단지 설명을 위한 것이며, 상대적인 중요도를 의미하는 것으로 고려되어서는 안 된다.
이하에서는 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 자세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료 시스템(10)(이하 '치료 시스템'이라고 칭한다.)의 전체 구성도로서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치료 시스템(10)은 크게 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치(100)(이하 '치료장치'로 칭한다.), 치료장치 제어부(300) 및 치료장치 지지부(200)를 포함한다.
치료장치(100)는 아래 도 2 내지 도 3을 통하여 자세히 설명하기로 하며, 치료장치 제어부(300)는 치료장치(100)의 상태정보를 안내하거나 치료장치(100)의 작동을 사용자가 설정하기 위한 장치로서 터치패널 디스플레이 형태로 구성되어 치료장치(100)의 전원, 작동모드등을 다양하게 사용자에게 안내하며 사용자가 작동모드등을 변경하여 치료장치(100)를 설정할 수 있도록 구비된다.
다음으로 치료장치 지지부(200)는 치료장치(100)를 거치하며 치료장치(100)의 전원을 충전하거나 일측에 별도의 수단을 구비하여 치료장치(100)를 소독하거나 치료장치(100)에 구비되며 교체가능하게 구비되는 니들부(120) 및 약물 전달부(130)를 보관하도록 구비된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치료장치(100)의 사시도로서, 치료장치(100)는 핸드피스 본체부(110), 니들부(120), 고주파 발생부, 약물 전달부(130) 및 피부 확장부(160)를 포함한다.
핸드피스 본체부(110)는 사용자가 치료장치(100)를 손에 쥐고 치료자의 피부에 치료를 행할 수 용이한 형태인 유선형으로 구비되며 일측에는 치료장치(100)를 작동시키거나 멈추게 하는 등 치료장치(100)의 작동을 제어하는 버튼부가 구비된다.
그리고 치료장치(100)는 치료장치 지지부(200)와 유선 또는 무선으로 연결되어 고주파전류를 전달받으며, 치료장치(100) 내부에는 치료장치(100)의 상태정보를 측정할 수 있는 다양한 센서들이 구비되어 치료장치(100)의 상태정보 데이터를 치료장치 제어부(300)로 전송하거나 치료장치 제어부(300)로부터 치료장치(100)의 동작제어에 대한 데이터를 전송받을 수 있다.
다음으로 니들부(130)는 내부에 중공을 가지는 복수의 니들(123)과 복수의 니들(123)을 고정 지지하며 내부에 복수의 니들(123) 중공과 연통된 중공부를 가지며 핸드피스 본체부(110)에 탈부착 가능하게 구비되는 니들지지부(121)를 포함한다. 그리고 니들부(130)에는 니들(123)을 외부 오염 등으로부터 보호하기 위한 별도의 탈부착 가능한 니들캡(122)이 구비된다.
니들지지부(121)는 핸드피스 본체부(110)와 전기적으로 연결되며 니들지지부(121)내부에 형성된 중공부는 약물 전달부(130)와 연통되도록 구성된다.
다음으로 고주파 발생부는 니들지지부(121)에 고주파전류를 제공하며 핸드피스 본체부(110) 내측에 구비되거나 사용자의 선택에 따라서는 치료장치 지지부(200)에 구비될 수 있다.
다음으로 약물 전달부(130)는 니들 지지부(130)와 연통되어 치료자의 피부 표피층에 삽입되는 니들(123)을 통하여 치료자의 피부 표피층에 약물을 전달하며 핸드피스 본체부(110) 내측에 주사기 형태로 구비된다.
즉, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 약물이 주입되는 주사기 본체부(124), 주사기 본체부(124)에 삽입되어 압력을 가하여 약물을 주입하는 주사기 피스톤(126), 주사기 본체부(124) 및 주사기 피스톤(126)을 탈부착 지지하는 주사기 지지부(134) 및 주사기 피스톤(126)을 좌우로 이동제어하는 모터부(132, 134, 136)를 포함한다.
모터부(132, 134, 136)는 약물 주입시 역압력이 발생하는 것을 제어할 수 있도록 구성된다.
즉, 점도가 높은 약물을 내경이 좁은 니들(123)을 통해 강한 압력으로 짧은시간에 주입하는 상황에서는 주사기 본체부(124)내에 높은 압력이 발생한다. 이러한 주사기 본체부(124) 내에 높은 압력은 높은 점도의 약물을 밀어내는 주사기 피스톤(126)의 움직임 역방향으로 압력(역압력)이 발생한다. 이러한 역압력은 고무재질의 주사기 피스톤(126) 헤드부에 압력을 가하게되어 순간적으로 압축 시킨다.
이러한 압축은 시간이 지남에 따라 원상태로 복원되며 복원된 부피만큼 약물을 천천히 밖으로 밀어내는 현상을 발생시킨다. 이에 모터부(132, 134, 136)는 역압력에 의한 약물이 천천히 토출되는 현상을 방지하기 위하여 설정한 값만큼 강한 힘으로 약물을 주입한 후 역압력 방향인 주입 방향 반대방향으로 주사기 피스톤(126)을 이동시켜 역압력에 의해 약물이 토출되는 것을 방지한다.
다음으로 피부 확장부(160)는 치료자의 치료 대상 피부 층을 확장하여 별도의 음압구조가 없는 니들(123)이 치료자의 표피층으로 완전히 삽입되도록 하며, 치료자의 치료 대상 피부 층에 냉원을 제공하여 피부 표면층을 냉각시킴으로서 치료자의 치료에 따른 통증을 완화시킨다.
이를 위해 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 가이드(162), 가이드(162)에 냉원을 제공하는 열전소자(150) 및 냉각수 순환 모듈(140)을 포함한다.
가이드(162)는 말굽 형태로 구비되어 말굽 부분을 치료자의 피부에 대고 누르게 되면 피부층 부분이 말굽 내측 부분으로 솟아오르면서 피부층이 확장된다.
이렇게 피부가 일정 높이로 솟아오르게 되면 니들(123)을 일정한 깊이로 삽입 가능하게 한다.
그리고 피부층에 접촉한 가이드(162)를 냉원을 치료자의 피부 표면층에 제공하여 고주파로 인한 피부화상을 방지하면서 치료자의 통증도 완화시키는 효과가 있다.
이하에서는 도 3을 참조로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치(100)의 피부 치료 순서 및 작동을 설명하기로 한다.
먼저 도 3의 왼쪽부분으로부터 설명하면, 니들(123)이 치료자의 피부 표피층에 삽입된 후 고주파를 가하게 되면 피부 표피층의 콜라겐들이 개조(리모델링)된다. 그리고 이와 같은 고주파를 가하게 되면 피부 표피층이 약한 전기화상을 입게 된다.
그리고 약물 전달부(130)를 통해 약물을 전달한다. 이와 같이 고주파를 통해 피부 표피층의 콜라겐을 개조하고 약한 전기화상을 입힌 상태로 만든 다음 약물을 전달하게 되면 주입된 약물의 지속성이 증가하여 피부탄력 증가, 모공 및 잔주름 개선의 효과가 있으며, 피부 조직 내의 약한 전기화상은 주입되는 약물 중 히알루론산의 흡수를 저해시켜 약물에 의해 피부가 투명하게 보이는 효과 지속기간을 증대시킬 수 있다.
이와 같은 치료와 함께 시술부위 외측부분에서는 냉원을 전달하여 통증을 완화시키고 고주파에 의한 피부화상을 방지한다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 다양한 변화와 변경 및 균등물을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 상기 실시예를 적절히 변형하여 동일하게 응용할 수 있음이 명확하다. 따라서 상기 기재 내용은 하기 특허청구범위의 한계에 의해 정해지는 본 발명의 범위를 한정하는 것이 아니다.

Claims (5)

  1. 핸드피스 본체부(110);
    상기 핸드피스 본체부(110) 일측에 구비되며 내부에 중공을 가지고 치료자의 피부 표피층에 선단이 삽입되는 복수의 니들(123)을 포함하는 니들부(120);
    상기 니들부(120)와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 니들(123)의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 고주파전류를 입력받아 상기 니들(123)을 고주파전류에 의해 발열시키는 고주파 발생부;
    상기 복수의 니들(123) 중공과 연통되어 상기 니들(123)의 선단이 표피층에 삽입되는 경우 상기 중공을 통해 상기 표피층에 약물을 전단하는 약물 전달부(130);를 포함하는 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치는,
    상기 복수의 니들(123) 선단이 삽입되는 치료자의 피부층에 압력을 가하여 피부층을 확장하는 피부 확장부(160);를 더 포함하는 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 확장부(160)는 치료자의 피부층 확장시 접촉한 치료자의 피부층에 냉원을 제공하여 치료자의 시술 대상 피부 표면층을 냉각하는 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 니들부(120) 및 약물 전달부(130)는 탈부착 가능하게 구비되는 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 약물 전달부(130)는 상기 니들(123)의 중공을 통해 상기 표피층에 약물을 전단하는 경우 발생하는 역압력을 제거하기 위한 역압력 제거부;를 더 포함하는 지속적인 피부 개선 효과를 발생시키는 고주파 약물 겸용 치료장치.
