Abstract
a) ASTM D97에 따라 측정되는 유동점이 < 50℃이고,
b) DIN 53019에 따라 회전 점도계로 측정되는 170℃에서의 점도가 20 내지 3,000mPaㆍs의 범위이고,
c) ISO 1183에 따라 23℃에서 측정되는 밀도가 0.84 내지 0.90g/㎤의 범위이고,
d) DIN EN ISO 11357-2:2014에 따라 DSC법에 의해 측정되는 유리 전이 온도가 < -35℃임을 특징으로 하는, 감압성 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (6)
- 프로필렌과 에틸렌 및/또는 탄소수 4 내지 20의 1-올레핀의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 올레핀과의 공중합체를 5 내지 50wt% 함유하는 감압성 접착제 조성물(pressure-sensitive adhesive composition)로서, 상기 공중합체는 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 것이고, 상기 공중합체는,
a) ASTM D97에 따라 측정되는 유동점이 < 50℃이고,
b) DIN 53019에 따라 회전 점도계로 측정되는 170℃에서의 점도가 20 내지 3,000mPaㆍs의 범위이고,
c) ISO 1183에 따라 23℃에서 측정되는 밀도가 0.84 내지 0.90g/㎤의 범위이고,
d) DIN EN ISO 11357-2:2014에 따라 DSC법에 의해 측정되는 유리 전이 온도가 < -35℃임을 특징으로 하는, 감압성 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1-올레핀 공중합체가, 프로필렌 구조 단위 70 내지 95wt% 및 에틸렌 및/또는 상기 탄소수 4 내지 20의 1-올레핀의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 구조 단위 5 내지 30wt%로 구성되는, 감압성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1-올레핀 공중합체가, 프로필렌 구조 단위 70 내지 95wt% 및 에틸렌 구조 단위 5 내지 30wt%로 구성되는, 감압성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌의 공중합체가 극성 개질된 것인, 감압성 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가의 폴리올레핀, 수지, 왁스, 가소제, 천연 또는 합성 고무, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리클로로프렌, 폴리비닐 에테르 또는 폴리우레탄, 안료, 충전제, 안정제 및 항산화제의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 50 내지 95wt% 함유하는, 감압성 접착제 조성물.
- 피착재(adherend)들을 접합(bonding)시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 감압성 접착제의 용도.
