Claims (8)
- 전기 플러그 커넥터(110)용 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2)로서, 케이블(36)이 상기 접촉 요소(2)에 연결되고, 상기 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2)는 정합 플러그 커넥터(112)의 정합 접촉 요소(122)와 분리가능한 전기 접촉을 이루기 위한 접촉 영역(4), 및 상기 케이블(36)을 연결하기 위한 케이블 연결 영역(6)을 포함하는, 상기 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2)에 있어서,
- 상기 접촉 요소(2)는 상기 접촉 영역(4)의 반대편에 배열되는 상기 케이블 연결 영역(6)의 말단 개구(distal opening)(22) 내로 개방되는 냉각 공동(cooling cavity)(24)을 포함하고,
- 상기 케이블(36)의 반경방향 내측 튜브(40)의 말단 개구(60)가 상기 케이블 연결 영역(6)의 상기 말단 개구(22)를 통해 안내되어 상기 냉각 공동(24) 내부에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 연결 영역(6)은 원주 방향 연결 섹션(34)을 포함하고, 상기 원주방향 연결 섹션(34)은 상기 개구(22)에 대해 기부방향으로(proximally) 배열되며, 상기 케이블(36)의 전기 전도체(46)가 상기 원주방향 연결 섹션(34)과 전기적 및 기계적 접촉 상태에 있는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 연결 영역(6)은 밀봉 섹션(32)을 포함하고, 상기 반경방향 내측 튜브(40)를 둘러싸는 상기 케이블(36)의 튜브(44)의 말단 단부(54)가 상기 밀봉 섹션(32) 상에 유체 기밀 방식으로 배열되는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체(20)가 접촉 소켓(8)을 갖는 상기 접촉 영역(4)을 포함하고, 상기 냉각 공동(24)은 상기 본체(20) 내로 연장되는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 공동(24)은 상기 접촉 영역(4)의 접촉 핀(pin)(70) 내로 연장되는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 공동(24)은 비관통 보어(blind bore)로서 형성되는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반경방향 내측 튜브(40) 내의 제1 체적이 상기 냉각 유체를 위한 유입부 또는 귀환 유동부(62)의 섹션을 형성하고, 상기 튜브(40)의 외벽과 상기 냉각 공동(24)의 내벽 사이의 제2 체적이 상기 냉각 유체를 위한 귀환 유동부 또는 유입부(66)의 섹션을 형성하는, 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2).
- 자동차(104)를 전기 충전하기 위한 충전 스테이션(charging station)(100)으로서,
- 고정 유닛(106);
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른, 적어도 2개의 전기 전도성 접촉 요소(2A, 2B)들을 갖는 플러그 커넥터(110); 및
