Claims (12)
- 휠 서스펜션의 컨트롤암(1)을 위한 베어링 부시(7; 8)의 제조를 위한 방법으로서, 베어링 부시(7; 8)의 본체(10)는 섬유/플라스틱 복합재료로 제조되고 공동부(11) 내에서 조인트(4; 5)를 위한 수용부를 정의하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 본체(10)는 인발 성형 공정에서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 본체(10)는 연속 섬유 강화 섬유/플라스틱 복합재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 본체(10)는 인발 성형 공정에서 하나 이상의 반제품(14, 15)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반제품(14, 15)은 인발 성형 공정의 과정에서, 본체(10) 또는 상기 본체(10)의 일부분을 형성하는 윤곽으로 성형되고, 함침되며, 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 인발 성형 공정에서 상이한 섬유 배향들을 갖는 복수의 반제품(14, 15)이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유/플라스틱 복합재료를 위한 섬유 유형으로서 탄소, 유리, 아라미드 및/또는 현무암이 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유/플라스틱 복합재료를 위한 매트릭스로서 열가소성 재료 및/또는 열경화성 재료가 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 본체(10)는 외주면(21) 상에 그루브들(22)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 개별 그루브(22) 내에, 상기 외주면(21)에 비해 돌출된 요소들(24)을 포함하는 각각 하나의 연결 장치(23)가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시의 제조 방법.
- 자동차의 휠 서스펜션의 컨트롤암(1)을 위한 베어링 부시(7; 8)로서, 섬유/플라스틱 복합재료로 제조되고 공동부(11) 내에서는 조인트(4; 5)를 위한 수용부를 정의하는 본체(10)를 포함하는 베어링 부시에 있어서,
상기 본체(10)는 인발 성형 공정에서 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시(7; 8). - 제10항에 있어서, 그 후에 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항 또는 다수의 항에 따른 제조를 특징으로 하는, 베어링 부시(7; 8).
- 조인트 지점들(2, 3)에 제공된 조인트들(4, 5)을 서로 연결하는 연결 부재(6)를 포함하는, 자동차의 휠 서스펜션용 컨트롤암(1)으로서,
