Abstract
본 실시형태는, X선 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서의 그라파이트 구조 유래의 피크 강도(IG)에 대한 어모퍼스 구조 유래의 피크 강도(IA)의 비(IA/IG)가 0.90 이하인 탄소 재료를 촉매 담지용 담체로서 포함하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매이다.
Description
도 2는 실시예 및 비교예에서 제조한 막전극 접합체의 가스 확산 저항 증가율을 플롯한 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 실시형태에 있어서의 막전극 접합체의 구성예를 설명하기 위한 모식적인 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- X선 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서의 그라파이트 구조 유래의 피크 강도(IG)에 대한 어모퍼스 구조 유래의 피크 강도(IA)의 비(IA/IG)가 0.90 이하인 탄소 재료를 촉매 담지용 담체로서 포함하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료의 피크 강도비(IA/IG)가 0.80 이하인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료의 라만스펙트럼에 있어서의 G밴드 피크 강도에 대한 D밴드 피크 강도의 비(D/G)가 1.50 이상인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 재료에 담지된 촉매 금속을 포함하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 금속이, 백금 및 백금 합금을 포함하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 연료 전지용 전극 촉매를 포함하는 연료 전지용 촉매층.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
아이오노머를 더 포함하는, 연료 전지용 촉매층. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 연료 전지용 전극 촉매, 또는 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 기재된 연료 전지용 촉매층을 포함하는 연료 전지.
