Claims (6)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Si계 합금에 있어서의 Cr과 원소 X의 합계 함유율이 5at.% 이상 30at.% 이하인 음극재료. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 Si계 합금에 있어서의 원소 X의 함유율이 0.01at.% 이상 20at.% 이하인 음극재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 원소 X가, Ag, Al, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Nb, Ni, Re, V, U, Ta, Ti 및 W로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상인 음극재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Si상(1)의 결정자 사이즈가 10nm 이하이고, 상기 화합물상(2)의 결정자 사이즈가 20nm 이하인 음극재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분말의 BET비표면적이 3.0m2/g 이상 9.0m2/g 이하인 음극재료.
