Claims (11)
- 표시 장치로서,
행렬 형으로 배치된 복수의 화소를 포함하고, 상기 복수의 화소 중 적어도 하나는,
전기광학소자;
저장용량;
상기 전기광학소자를 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터;
데이터선으로부터의 데이터 신호를 상기 저장용량에 인가하는 샘플링 트랜지스터; 및
상기 저장용량과 전압선 사이에 접속된 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하고,
상기 샘플링 트랜지스터의 제어 단자는 제1 주사선에 접속되고,
상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 제어 단자는 제2 주사선에 접속되고,
상기 제1 주사선 및 상기 제2 주사선은 제1 방향으로 연장되고,
상기 데이터선 및 상기 전압선은 상기 제1 방향에 수직인 제2 방향으로 연장되고,
