Claims (7)
- 기재시트와, 이 기재시트의 표면측에 적층되고 지립(砥粒) 및 그 바인더(binder)를 포함하는 연마층을 구비하는 연마재(硏磨材)로서,
상기 바인더의 주성분이 무기물이고,
상기 연마층이, 그 표면에 홈에 의하여 구분되는 복수의 볼록모양부를 구비하고,
상기 볼록모양부의 평균면적이 1㎟ 이상 300㎟ 이하이고,
상기 복수의 볼록모양부의 상기 연마층 전체에 대한 합계면적점유율이 4% 이상 15% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈에 충전되고, 수지 또는 무기물을 주성분으로 하며, 또한 지립을 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 충전부(充塡部)를 더 구비하는 연마재.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 충전부의 평균두께의 연마층의 평균두께에 대한 비가 0.1 이상 1 이하인 연마재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 지립이 다이아몬드 지립인 연마재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물이 규산염인 연마재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더가 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 충전제(充塡劑)를 함유하는 연마재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 연마층의 평균두께가 25㎛ 이상 4000㎛ 이하인 연마재.
