Abstract
Description
도 2a 및 도 2b 는 750 ℃ 에서 5000 h 동안 용접될 때의 그리고 에이징될 때의 FeNiCr-금속 필러-FeCrAl 의 인장 강도를 개시한다. 도 2a 는 실온 (RT) 에서 도시하고, 도 2b 는 750 ℃ 에서 도시한다.
도 3 은 816 ℃ 에서 파열 시간에 따라 가해진 응력을 개시한다.
도 4 는 816 ℃ 에서 FeCrAl-금속 필러-FeNiCr 에 대한 경도 테스트를 개시한다.
Claims (12)
- 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법으로서,
상기 용가재는 중량% (wt%) 로:
C 0.01 ~ 0.1;
Si 1.5 이하;
Mn 2.0 이하;
Cr 14.0 ~ 27.0;
Ni 2.0 이하;
Mo 1.5 이하;
V 0.35 이하;
Ti 및/또는 Zr 0.4 ~ 1.0;
Al 0.7 이하;
Nb 0.3 ~ 1.5;
N 0.02 이하;
잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물들
을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.015 wt% 이하의 N 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.5 wt% 이하의 Al 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.25 wt% 이하의 Ni 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 18.0 ~ 23.0 wt% 의 Cr 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.01 ~ 0.08 wt% 의 C 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.5 ~ 1.0 wt% 의 Ti 및/또는 Zr 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 0.3 ~ 1.0 wt% 의 Nb 함량을 포함하는, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 FeCrAl 합금 및 상기 FeNiCr 합금은 튜브 및/또는 스트립 형태인, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용가재는 와이어 또는 스트립 형태인, 용가재를 사용하여 용접함으로써 FeCrAl 합금을 FeNiCr 합금에 접합시키는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성을 갖는 용가재와 함께 접합되는 적어도 하나의 FeCrAl 합금 및 적어도 FeNiCr 합금을 포함하는 제품.
- 온도가 650 ℃ 이상인 적용에서 제 11 항에 따른 제품의 용도.
