Claims (4)
- 바이오매스를 이용하여 제조된 분체연료를 회전 확산시키며 순간 가스화하도록 가열몸체부와 마찰을 일으키며유동시키기 위한 분체와류유도편(23) 및순간 가스화 효율을 높이기 위한 목적으로 설치되는 분체회전확산기(24)를 추가로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체연료기화장치(30)와,
상기 서술한 가스화 목적의 복합기능의 회전확산 기능 구조를 갖춘 분체연료가스화장치(30)를 이용하여 가스화 연소시키는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 분체연료기화장치(30)는, 가열몸체의 길이와 폭의 구간에 온도 값을 달리하여 가스변환구간(31)과 발화구간(32) 및 화염형성구간(33)을 갖도록 하여 기화와 발화 및 연소가 구간별로 각각 동시에 함께 이루어지도록 하는 기능의 복합적 기화장치이며,
상기 분체연료기화장치(30)의 저부에 화염안정기(40)와 화염안정연소실(50)이 설치되고, 화염안정연소실(50)에 연이어 재연소장치(60)가 설치되는 저녹스 구조 목적의 하향 연소 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 저 녹스 연소 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분체연료기화장치(30)는 가열몸체부의 그 길이 방향으로 분할되는 가스변환구간(31)과 발화구간(32) 및 화염형성구간(33)에 각각 소요 온도값을 제공하는 가열장치(311, 321, 331)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 저연소 녹스 연소 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 재연소장치(60)는 그 내부의 화염가열기(62)의 외주부에 상하 방향으로 설치되는 흡상재연소통로(61)를 포함하되, 흡상재연소통로(61)는 상단 개구부가 화염안정연소실(50)의 출구 방향과 직각이 되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스의 저 녹스 연소 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 재연소장치(60)의 출측에 설치되는 열교환장치는, 재연소장치(60)의 출측에 설치되는 제1열교환기(70)와, 제1열교환기)70)의 출측에 설치되는 열저장방(80), 및, 열저장방(80)에 설치되는 제2열교환기(81)와 열저장방(80)에 설치되는 음폐수가열처리장치(90)중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오매스 저 녹스 연소 장치
