- 고체의 생물학적 활성 물질, 밀링 조제 및 제분가능한 분쇄 매트릭스를 밀에서, 적어도 부분적으로 밀링된 분쇄 매트릭스에 분산된 생물학적 활성 물질의 입자를 제공하기에 충분한 시간 동안 건식 밀링하는 단계를 포함하는, 조성물의 제조 방법으로,
상기 생물학적 활성 물질이 멜록시캄이고,
입자 부피에 기초해 측정된 멜록시캄 입자의 중간 입자 크기가 25 nm 내지 5000 nm이고,
상기 조성물이 경구 형태로, 종래 표준 약물 활성 조성물과 비교한 약물동태 시험에서 종래 표준 약물 활성 조성물이 나타낸 Cmax의 적어도 5% 초과, 적어도 10% 초과, 적어도 15% 초과, 적어도 20% 초과, 적어도 30% 초과, 적어도 40% 초과, 적어도 50% 초과, 적어도 60% 초과, 또는 적어도 70%를 초과하는 Cmax를 나타내고,
