Claims (4)
- 테레프탈산과 이소프탈산 또는 이들의 에스테르 형성성 유도체로 이루어진 산성분 및 에틸렌글리콜과 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올로 이루어진 디올 성분을 공중합시켜 제조하고, 산성분 기준으로 상기 테레프탈산(TPA)이 80∼99몰% 및 상기 이소프탈산(IPA)이 1∼20몰%, 및 디올 성분 기준으로 상기 에틸렌글리콜(EG)이 60∼90몰% 및 상기 2-메틸-1,3-프로판디올(MPD)이 10~40몰%로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 폴리에스테르 바인더 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합 반응시 폴리카르본산, 폴리올, 폴리옥시카르본산, 트리멜리트산, 트리메신산, 3,3,4,4-벤조페논테트라카르본산, 1,2,3,4-부탄테트라카르본산 및 이들의 유도체, 글리세린, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리스리톨 및 솔비톨로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 다관능 성분이 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르에 대하여 50 내지 3,000ppm의 양으로 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 폴리에스테르 바인더 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 융점이 150~200℃ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 저융점 폴리에스테르 바인더 수지 조성물.
- 코어(core) 성분으로 일반 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 사용하고 시스(sheath) 성분으로 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 따른 저융점 공중합 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물을 사용하여 복합방사하여 제조된 저융점 폴리에스테르 바인더 섬유.
