Claims (13)
- 레이저 빔을 생성하는 복수개의 여기광원;
상기 여기광원이 고정 결합되고 여기광원으로 전류공급을 제어하는 PCB기판;
상기 여기광원에서 나온 빛과 반응하여 백색광을 출력하는 발광부;
상기 여기광원에서 나온 빛을 발광부로 반사시키는 복수개의 반사부; 및
상기 PCB기판과 발광부가 고정 결합된 하우징을 포함하고;
상기 여기광원과 발광부는 레이저 빔의 출사방향과 백색광의 출사방향이 서로 반대방향이 되도록 하우징에 결합되고;
상기 레이저 빔의 출사방향과 대면하는 하우징의 안쪽면이 반사부가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 여기광원과 발광부에서 발생한 열을 외부로 전달해서 방열하는 방열부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 방열부는 한 개로 구성되고;
상기 한 개의 방열부를 이용해서 복수개의 여기광원 및 발광부의 열을 방열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발광부는 한 개로 구성되고;
상기 한 개의 발광부는 복수개의 여기광원의 중심에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 여기광원은 발광부를 중심으로 서로 교차 배열되도록 발광부가 중심이 되는 원주방향을 따라 등간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 반사부는 여기광원과 동일한 개수로 구성되면서 여기광원과 반사부는 각각 한 개씩 서로 매칭되게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 발광부의 입사면의 중심과 모든 반사부의 초점위치는 서로 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 모든 반사부는 서로 매칭된 한 개의 여기광원의 출사면의 중심(F1)과 발광부의 입사면의 중심(F2)을 초점으로 하는 타원(M1)으로 형성되면서, 상기 중심(F1,F2)을 지나는 축(L1)을 중심으로 정원(M2)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 반사부의 표면은 반사효율을 높이기 위해 알루미늄이 증착되거나 또는 은반사 코팅 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상측이 개방되고 내부 바닥면이 반사부가 되는 로어커버; 및
상기 로어커버에 결합되어서 상측 개방부를 밀폐시키고, 여기광원이 반사부를 향하도록 PCB기판이 내측의 안쪽면에 결합되며, 발광부가 결합되고, 외측의 바깥면에 방열부가 형성된 어퍼커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 로어커버에 고정되고 여기광원의 전방에 한 개씩 위치하는 것으로 여기광원에서 출사된 빛을 집광하는 집광렌즈;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 외부에 위치하도록 어퍼커버의 외측 바깥면에 결합된 것으로 발광부를 통해 출사된 백색광을 원하는 방향으로 재반사시키는 보조반사부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계. - 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 보조반사부는 발광부의 출사면의 중심을 초점으로 갖는 포물반사면 또는 직사형 프로젝션인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 램프용 레이저 광학계.
