Claims (10)
- 처리된 탄화수소 공급스트림을 전환하는 방법으로서,
처리된 탄화수소 공급스트림을 분리 유닛으로 이송하여 노말 파라핀이 농후한 익스트랙트 스트림, 및 노말 탄화수소 함량이 감소된 라피네이트 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
익스트랙트 스트림을 익스트랙트 분리 시스템으로 이송하여 nC5 및 nC6 화합물을 포함하는 익스트랙트 오버헤드 스트림, nC7 내지 nC11 화합물을 포함하는 익스트랙트 중간 스트림, 및 탈착제(desorbent)를 포함하는 익스트랙트 바닥 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
라피네이트 스트림을 라피네이트 분리 시스템으로 이송하여 iC5 및 iC6 화합물을 포함하는 라피네이트 오버헤드 스트림, 방향족 화합물 및 비노말 탄화수소를 포함하는 중간 라피네이트 스트림, 및 탈착제를 포함하는 라피네이트 바닥 스트림을 생성하는 단계; 및
중간 라피네이트 스트림을 개질 유닛으로 이송하여 방향족 화합물 스트림을 생성하는 단계
를 포함하는 전환 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
탄화수소 공급스트림을 분별 유닛으로 이송하여, C4 및 보다 경질인 탄화수소를 포함하는 오버헤드 스트림, 및 C5+ 탄화수소를 포함하는 바닥 스트림을 생성하는 단계;
바닥 스트림을 수소처리하여 처리된 수소화 스트림을 생성하는 단계; 및
처리된 수소화 스트림을 분리 유닛으로 이송하는 단계
를 포함하는 것인 전환 방법. - 제2항에 있어서, 오버헤드 스트림을 분해 유닛으로 이송하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 익스트랙트 중간 스트림을 분해 유닛으로 이송하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 전환 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 익스트랙트 오버헤드 스트림의 일부를 이성질화 유닛으로 이송하여 C5 및 C6 화합물을 포함하는 이성질화 스트림을 생성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인 전환 방법.
