Abstract

Claims (17)
- 반결정질 폴리아마이드들에 기초한 폴리아마이드 몰딩 조성물로서,

구성 요소 A가 50 내지 80 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 20 내지 50 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 이소프탈라마이드 유닛들을 갖는, 바람직하게는 55 내지 75 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 25 내지 45 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 이소프탈라마이드 유닛들을 갖는, 특히 바람직하게는 62 내지 73 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 25 내지 38 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 이소프탈라마이드 유닛들을 갖는, 반결정질 나일론-6,T/6,I으로부터 형성되거나,
또는 구성 요소 A가, 50 내지 80 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 20 내지 50 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 아디파마이드 유닛들을 갖는, 바람직하게는 50 내지 65 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 35 내지 50 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 아디파마이드 유닛들, 특히 바람직하게는 52 내지 62 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들 및 38 내지 48 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 아디파마이드를 갖는, 반결정질 나일론-6,T/6, 6으로부터 형성되거나,
또는 구성 요소 A가, 반결정질 삼원 나일론, 바람직하게는, 50 내지 70 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 테레프탈라마이드 유닛들, 5 내지 45 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 이소프탈라마이드 유닛들, 및 5 내지 45 몰%의 헥사메틸렌 아디파마이드 유닛들을 갖는, 6,T/6,I/6,6, 으로부터 형성되거나;

구성 요소 C의 비율은 10 내지 16중량%의 범위, 바람직하게는 10 내지 15중량%의 범위 내에 있으며, 여기서 구성 요소 C는 바람직하게는 적어도 일부가 포스피닉 염 및/또는 디포스피닉 염에 기초함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드 몰딩 조성물. - 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구성 요소 C는 다음을 포괄함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드 몰딩 조성물:
C1으로서 60 내지 100중량%, 바람직하게는 70 내지 98중량%, 특히 80 내지 96중량%, 의 포스피닉 염 및/또는 디포스피닉 염;
C2로서 0 내지 40중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 30중량%, 특히 4 내지 20중량%, 의 질소-함유 상승제(synergist) 및/또는 질소- 및 인-함유 내염제, 바람직하게는 멜라민 또는 멜라민의 축합물들, 예컨대, 특히 바람직하게는 이하의 그룹에서 선택된 것: 멜렘, 멜람, 멜론, 멜라민과 폴리포스포릭 애시드의 반응 생성물들, 멜라민의 축합물들과 폴리포스포릭 애시드의 반응 생성물들, 또는 이들의 혼합물. - 제 14항에 있어서, 구성 요소 C1가 일반식 (I) 및/또는 식 (II)의 포스피닉 염, 및/또는 그의 폴리머들임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아마이드 몰딩 조성물.

R3는 C1-C10-알킬렌, 선형의 또는 분지된, C6-C10-아릴렌, 알킬아릴렌, 또는 아릴알킬렌이며;
M은 원소 주기율표의 2족 또는 3족(2nd or 3rd main group)의 또는 전이 그룹으로부터의 금속 이온이며, 바람직하게는 알루미늄, 바륨, 칼슘, 및/또는 아연; 그리고
m = 2 또는 3;
n = 1 또는 3;
x = 1 또는 2. - 제 1항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

(A) 30 내지 92중량%, 바람직하게는 40 내지 80중량%의 하나 이상의, 융점 (Tm)이 240℃ 내지 340℃ 범위이며, 바람직하게는 270℃ 내지 340℃ 범위인, 지방족 및/또는 반 방향족, 반결정질 폴리아마이드;
(B) 0 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 40중량%의 하나 이상의 충진제 및 강화제;
(C) 8 내지 18중량%의 하나 이상의 할로겐-프리 내염제;
(D) 0 내지 2.0중량%의 하나 이상의 바륨 카르복실레이트;
(E) 0 내지 5중량%의 하나 이상의 첨가제;
여기서 구성 요소들 (A) 내지 (E)의 중량 퍼센트는 총 100%이며, 그리고
단, 만약 구성 요소 (D)의 비율이 0 내지 0.1중량%의 범위이면, 구성 요소 (C)의 할로겐-프리 내염제가 바륨 포스피네이트에 기초함을 조건으로 함.
