Claims (13)
a) 70 중량% 이상 내지 98.5 중량% 이하 비율의 유리되거나 부분적으로 또는 완전히 염화된 강산성 작용기를 포함하는 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위;
b) 0.5 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하 비율의,
- 화학식 (Ia)의 단량체:
(여기서:
R은 1가 라디칼:
(여기서 x 및 y는, 합 x+y가 0 초과 내지 50 미만인 것으로 이해되는, 서로 독립적으로, 0 이상 내지 40 이하의 정수를 나타냄)을 나타내며; 및
n은 0 이상 내지 45 이하의 정수를 나타내고,
상기 화학식 (Ia)의 단량체는 1500 이상 내지 7000 이하의 분자량을 가짐)
- 또는 화학식 (Ib)의 단량체:

R은 1가 라디칼:
(여기서 x 및 y는, 합 x+y가 0 초과 내지 50 미만인, 서로 독립적으로, 0 이상 내지 40 이하의 정수를 나타냄)을 나타내며; 및
m은 1 이상 내지 7 이하의 정수를 나타내고,
p는 m과 독립적으로, 1 이상 내지 20 미만의 정수를 나타내며;
상기 화학식 (Ib)의 단량체는 1000 이상 내지 4000 이하의 분자량을 가짐);
c) 1 중량% 이상 내지 20 중량% 이하 비율의 화학식 (II)의 단량체:
(화학식 (II)에서 R1 라디칼은 수소 원자 또는 메틸 라디칼을 나타내며 n은 1, 2, 또는 3과 동일한 정수를 나타냄);
d) 선택적으로 0 중량% 초과 내지 5 중량% 이하 비율의 화학식(III)의 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위:
(화학식 (III)에서 m은 0 이상 내지 50 이하의 수를 나타내며, R2는 2 내지 4 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 불포화 1가 지방족 라디칼을 나타내며, R4는 수소 원자, 메틸 라디칼 또는 에틸 라디칼을 나타내며, R3은 포화 또는 불포화, 선형 또는 분지형, 8 내지 30 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타냄); 및
e) 선택적으로 0 중량% 초과 내지 5 중량% 이하 비율의 하나 이상의 디에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 가교 단량체
의 중합에서 유래된 선형, 분지형 또는 가교된 음이온성 고분자 전해질.
a) 75 중량% 이상 내지 90 중량% 이하 비율의 유리되거나, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 염화된 강산성 작용기를 포함하는 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위;
b) 1 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하 비율의 화학식 (Ia)의 단량체로부터 또는 화학식 (Ib)의 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위;
c) 5 중량% 이상 내지 20 중량% 이하 비율의 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸 메타크릴레이트로부터 유래된 단량체 단위; 및
d) 선택적으로, 0 중량% 초과 내지 5 중량% 이하 비율의 상기 정의된 화학식 (III)의 화합물로부터 유래된 단량체 단위
의 중합으로부터 유래된 음이온성 고분자 전해질.
a) 75 중량% 이상 내지 85 중량% 이하 비율의 유리되거나, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 염화된 강산성 작용기를 포함하는 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위;
b) 1 중량% 이상 내지 10 중량% 이하 비율의 화학식 (Ia)의 단량체로부터 또는 화학식 (Ib)의 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위;
c) 5 중량% 이상 내지 20 중량% 이하 비율의 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸 메타크릴레이트로부터 유래된 단량체 단위; 및
e) 0 중량% 초과 내지 5 중량% 이하 비율의 하나 이상의 디에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 가교 단량체로부터 유래된 단량체 단위
의 중합으로부터 유래된 고분자 전해질.
(여기서 R3과 R4는, 동일하거나 상이하며, 서로 독립적으로 메틸 라디칼, 에틸 라디칼, 이소프로필 라디칼 또는 이소부틸 라디칼을 나타낸다);
- 또는 100 몰%에 있어서:
- 0 몰% 초과 내지 25 몰% 이하 비율의 물; 및
- 75 몰% 이상 내지 100 몰% 미만 비율의 상기 정의된 화학식 (IV)의 케톤
으로 구성된 혼합물;
- 또는 tert-부탄올
인 용매(S)에서, 유리되거나 부분적으로 또는 완전히 염화된 강산성 작용기를 포함하는 단량체 또는 단량체들, 화학식 (Ia)의 단량체 또는 화학식 (Ib)의 단량체; 화학식 (II)의 단량체; 필요하다면 또는 원한다면, 화학식 (III)의 화합물에서 유래된 단량체 단위; 및 필요하다면 또는 원한다면, 디에틸렌 또는 폴리에틸렌 가교된 단량체 또는 단량체들을 바람직한 몰비로 포함하는 반응 혼합물의 제조의 단계 a);
필요하다면 또는 원한다면, 상기 고분자 전해질의 침전물을 수득하기 위해서, 단계 a)에서 제조된 상기 반응 혼합물 내로 자유 라디칼 개시제의 도입에 의해 중합 반응이 개시된 다음, 그의 결과까지 중합이 발생하도록 하는 단계 b),
필요하다면 또는 원한다면, 상기 용매 (S)로부터의 분리에 의해 단계 b)에서 수득된 상기 침전물의 단리의 단계 c),
