도 2는 본 발명의 일례에 따른 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트를 사용하여 2개의 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재를 접합하는 방법의 일례를 도시한 단면도이고, (a)는 접합하기 전의 상태의 일례를 도시한 분해 단면도이며, (b)는 접합한 후의 상태의 일례를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 적어도 대면하는 2개의 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재(部材)를 구비하고, 적어도 한쪽의 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재는 접합면에 단차부(段差部)와 당해 단차부를 제외한 평탄면부를 갖는 화상 표시 장치에서,
상기 2개의 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재의 사이가 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트로 충전되어 이루어진 구성을 구비한 화상 표시 장치로서,
상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 용제를 포함하지 않는 비용제계 점착제 조성물(「비용제계 점착제 조성물」이라고 칭한다)로부터 형성되고, 당해점착 시트의 최대 두께 부분의 두께가 250㎛ 이하이고, 상기 단차부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(a)이 10% 이상이며, 또한 상기 평탄면부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(b)보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트에서, 상기 단차부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(a)과, 상기 평탄면부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(b)의 차[(b)- (a)]가 5 내지 30%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트에 서, 상기 단차부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(a)이 30 내지 80%의 범위 내에 있고, 상기 평탄면부에 접하는 위치의 겔 분률(b)이 35 내지 100%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 공중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 질량평균 분자량 10만 내지 70만의 (메타)아크릴산에스테르 공중합체 및 분자간 수소 인발형 광개시제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 점착 시트 내의 일부가 1차 경화되고, 나머지의 일부가 2차 경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 겔 분률이 10 내지 70%의 범위 내가 되도록 시트 전체가 미리 1차 경화된 광경화형 점착 시트를 사용하여 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재를 접합한 후, 평탄면부에 접하는 부분만 2차 경화된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 상기 단차부에 접하는 위치의 점착 시트 A의 겔 분률(a)을 10% 이상으로 하고, 평탄면부에 접하는 부분의 점착 시트 B의 겔 분률(b)을 상기 점착 시트 A의 겔 분률(a)보다도 크게 하고, 상기 점착 시트 A와 상기 점착 시트 B를 일체화시켜 이루어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화상 표시 장치용 투명 양면 점착 시트는, 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재를 접합하기 전에, 겔 분률이 10 내지 70%의 범위 내가 되도록 시트 전체가 미리 1차 경화된 광경화형 점착 시트 중 평탄면부에 접하는 부분만 2차 경화된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 화상 표시 장치용 구성 부재가, 터치 패널, 화상 표시 패널 및 표면 보호 패널로 이루어진 그룹 중 어느 것의 조합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 표시 장치.
