Claims (14)
- a) i) 시멘트;
ii) 1 내지 10 중량%의 재분산성 폴리머 분말;
iii) X에서 Y를 감한 양의 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르; 및
iv) 젤라틴, 벤토나이트 및 이들의 조합물에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제 총 Y량(여기서 Y는 0.02X 내지 0.30X이다)을 포함하는 건조 모르타르를 형성하고,
b) 건조 모르타르와 물을 조합하여 개질된 시멘트 조성물을 형성하는 것(여기에서 모든 중량은 시멘트 조성물의 전체 건조 중량을 기준으로 한다)을 포함하는,
1 내지 10 중량%의 재분산성 폴리머 분말과 특정된 양 X(여기서 특정된 양은 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%이다)의 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르를 포함하는, 시멘트 조성물과 비교하여 미끄럼 방지성이 증가된 개질 시멘트 조성물의 제조방법. - a) i) 시멘트;
ii) 1 내지 10 중량%의 재분산성 폴리머 분말;
iii) X에서 Y를 감한 양의 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르; 및
iv) 젤라틴, 벤토나이트 및 이들의 조합물에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제 총 Y량(여기서 Y는 0.02X 내지 0.30X이다)을 포함하는 건조 모르타르를 형성하고,
b) 건조 모르타르와 물을 조합하여 개질된 시멘트 조성물을 형성하는 것(여기에서 모든 중량은 시멘트 조성물의 전체 건조 중량을 기준으로 한다)을 포함하는,
1 내지 10 중량%의 재분산성 폴리머 분말과 특정된 양 X(여기서 특정된 양은 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%이다)의 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르를 포함하는, 시멘트 조성물과 비교하여 응결시간이 단축된 개질 시멘트 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시멘트가 포틀랜드 시멘트, 포틀랜드-슬래그 시멘트, 포틀랜드-실리카 흄(silica fume) 시멘트, 포틀랜드-포졸라나(pozzolana) 시멘트, 포틀랜드-소성 혈암(shale) 시멘트, 고로 시멘트, 포졸라나 시멘트, 혼합 시멘트, 칼슘 알루미네이트 시멘트 및 이들의 조합으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 시멘트가 10 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 재분산성 폴리머 분말이 비닐 아세테이트 호모폴리머, 비닐아세테이트-에틸렌 코폴리머, 스티렌-부타디엔 코폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르가 알킬하이드록시알킬셀룰로스, 하이드록시알킬 셀룰로스, 알킬 셀룰로스 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 셀룰로스 에테르의 점도 등급이 Ubbelohde 튜브 점도계를 사용하여 20 ℃에서 2% 수용액으로 측정된 1,000 내지 500,000 mPa s인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 개질 시멘트 조성물 내에 존재하는 셀룰로스 에테르와 첨가제의 전체 양이 조성물의 전체 건조 중량에 대하여 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 첨가제가 젤라틴인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, Y가 0.05X 내지 0.10X인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 건조 모르타르가 추가로 하나 이상의 골재 10 중량% 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 건조 모르타르의 전체 중량에 대하여 셀룰로스 에테르와 젤라틴 및/또는 벤토나이트를 포함하는 혼합물 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%를 포함하고, 여기서 셀룰로스 에테르 대 젤라틴 및/또는 벤토나이트의 중량비가 49:1 내지 7:3인, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에서 사용하기 위한 시멘트, 1 내지 10 중량%의 재분산성 폴리머 분말, 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르, 및 젤라틴, 벤토나이트 및 이들의 조합물에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 건조 모르타르.
- 수용성 셀룰로스 에테르, 및 젤라틴 및 벤토나이트에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함(여기에서 셀룰로스 에테르 대 젤라틴의 중량비는 49:1 내지 7:3이다)하고 시멘트에 첨가될 수 있는, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에서 사용하기 위한 시멘트가 없는 혼합물.
