Claims (21)
- 다수의 실장홈을 포함하는 광가이드모듈;
상기 실장홈 내에 삽입되는 다수의 LED 광원을 포함하는 광원모듈;
상기 다수의 LED 광원은 광출사방향이 서로 다른 LED가 적어도 2 이상 구비되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은,
상기 광가이드모듈의 최외각부와 중심부 사이에 배치되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈은,
상기 광원이 실장되는 인쇄회로기판;과
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 광출사 방향이 다른 LED가 교차하여 실장되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 교차하여 실장되는 LED는,
제1방향으로 출사하는 다수의 제1LED군과,
상기 제1방향에 대향하는 제2방향으로 출사하는 제2LED군이 서로 상이한 색상의 광을 출사하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제1LED군은 적색(RED), 상기 제2LED군은 황색(AMBER)인 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광가이드모듈은,
상기 광가이드모듈의 표면에 형성되는 제1광학패턴을 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제1광학패턴은,
상기 광가이드모듈의 표면에 직접 형성되는 음각의 요철패턴인 조명유닛.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 조명유닛은,
상기 실장홈이 형성되는 상기 광가이드모듈의 표면과 인쇄회로기판 사이에 배치되는 반사부재;를 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 반사부재 상에는 반사패턴이 형성되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 반사패턴은,
TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Al2O3, Silicon, PS 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 반사잉크로 형성된 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실장홈은,
상기 광가이드모듈 내측방향으로 형성된 홀의 상부면과 개구된 구조의 하부면 및 내측면으로 구성되며,
상기 상부면과 하부면의 폭은 동일하거나, 또는 상기 상부면보다 상기 하부면의 폭이 더 넓은 구조로 형성되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 실장홈의 상부면 및 내측면이 만나 형성되는 에지부에 곡률을 구비한 곡률부가 적어도 1 이상 형성된 조명유닛.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 곡률부는, 상기 수용홈의 상부면 단변의 길이의 1/2이하의 곡률반경(R)을 구비하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 조명유닛은,
상기 광가이드모듈의 상측에 배치되는 확산부재;를 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 광가이드모듈과 상기 확산부재 사이에 이격부가 형성되는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 확산부재의 표면 또는 상기 광가이드모듈의 표면에 형성되는 차광용 또는 반사용 제2광학패턴을 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,
상기 제2광학패턴은,
TiO2, CaCO3, BaSO4, Silicon 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 차광잉크를 이용하여 형성된 확산패턴과,
Al 또는 Al과 TiO2의 혼합물을 포함하는 차광잉크를 이용하여 형성된 차광패턴이 중첩구조로 이루어진 조명유닛.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,
상기 확산패턴은,
상기 차광패턴의 상면 또는 하면 중 적어도 어느 한 면에 인쇄된 구조로 형성된 조명유닛.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,
상기 확산부재의 상부에 배치되는 외부 렌즈를 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광원모듈의 다수의 LED에 인가되는 전력(watt)을 제어하여 광출력을 조절하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 조명유닛.
- 청구항 1 내지 20 중 어느 한 항의 조명유닛을 포함하는 차량용 면광원.
