Claims (9)
- 유기실란올, 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물, 또는 유기실란올과 함께 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물과 알칼리 금속 양이온의 고체 염(P)으로서, 여기서 실리콘에 대한 양이온의 몰비가 0.5 내지 3이고, 존재하는 유기 라디칼의 1 mol% 이상 99 mol% 이하가 메틸 및 에틸 라디칼로부터 선택되고, 다른 유기 라디칼이 4개 이상의 C 원자를 함유하는 고체 염.
- 하기 화학식 1의 유기실란 또는 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물, 또는 화학식 1의 유기실란과 함께 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물을 물 및 알칼리 금속 양이온의 염기성 염의 존재 하에 가수분해시키는 제1 단계,
기체 형태로 유리된 화합물 HY를 제거하는 제2 단계,
혼합물에 존재하는 물을 제거하는 제3 단계, 및
염(P)을 고체 형태로 단리하는 제4 단계
를 포함하는, 유기실란올, 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물, 또는 유기실란올과 함께 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물과 알칼리 금속 양이온의 고체 염(P)의 제조 방법:

상기 식에서,
R 1 및 R 2 는 각각 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐 원자, 아미노기, 티올기 또는 C1 -6 알킬- 또는 C1 -6 알콕시-치환된 실릴기에 의해 치환된, 1개 내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가의 Si-C-결합된 탄화수소 라디칼이며, 여기서 하나 이상의 인접하지 않은 -CH2- 단위는 기 -O-, -S-, 또는 -NR3-에 의해 치환될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 인접하지 않은 =CH- 단위는 기 -N=에 의해 치환될 수 있으며,
R 3 은 수소이거나, 또는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 NH2기에 의해 치환된, 1개 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고,
Y는 수소, F, Cl, Br, 또는 OR 4 이고,
R 4 는 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐 원자 또는 실릴기에 의해 치환된, 1개 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며, 여기서 하나 이상의 인접하지 않은 CH2 단위는 기 -O-, -S-, 또는 -NR3-에 의해 치환될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 인접하지 않은 =CH- 단위는 기 -N=에 의해 치환될 수 있고,
a는 1, 2 또는 3의 값을 나타내고,
b, c, 및 d는 0, 1, 2 또는 3의 값을 나타내며,
단, b+c ≥ 1이고 a+b+d = 4이며,
염기성 염의 양은 실리콘 1몰 당 양이온의 0.5 mol 내지 3 mol이 되도록 계산되며, 화학식 1의 유기실란이 F, Cl, 및 Br로부터 선택되는 라디칼을 함유하는 경우, F, Cl, 및 Br의 1몰 당 염기성 염의 추가 몰이 존재하고, 1% 이상 99% 이하의 라디칼 R 1 및 R 2 는 메틸 및 에틸 라디칼로부터 선택되고, 다른 라디칼 R 1 및 R 2 는 4개 이상의 C 원자를 함유한다. - 제1항에 있어서, 전체 유기 라디칼의 10% 내지 90%가 메틸 라디칼 및 에틸 라디칼로부터 선택되는 것인 고체 염(P).
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 유기 라디칼이 1개 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 라디칼인 고체 염(P).
- 제2항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 화합물 또는 이의 가수분해/축합 생성물에서 전체 라디칼 R 1 의 10% 내지 90%가 메틸 라디칼 및 에틸 라디칼로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 라디칼 R 1 이 1개 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 라디칼인 방법.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항에 따른 고체 염(P)의 소수화제로서의 용도.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광물 기재(mineral substrate), 건축 자재 및 섬유를 소수화하기 위한 용도.
- 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항에 따른 고체 염(P)을 포함하는 분말 형태의 건축 자재.
