Abstract
Description
도 1은 포스겐과 아민의 혼합에 사용되는 종래 기술의 정적 혼합기 내부의 포스겐 농도를 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 2a는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 정적 혼합기용 혼합 도관의 부분 단면도이다.
도 2b는 도 2a의 혼합 도관의 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 정적 혼합기의 단면도이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4d는 상이한 구성으로 장착되는 장애물을 갖는 혼합 도관의 다양한 실시형태를 도시한다.
도 5a 내지 도 5g는 반경 방향으로의 장애물 형상이 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 직교류를 더 유선형으로 만들도록 혼합 도관에 사용되는 장애물의 다양한 실시형태를 도시한다.
도 6a 내지 도 6d는 본 발명의 실시형태에 따른 혼합 도관에 장애물을 장착하기 위한 다양한 메커니즘을 개략적으로 도시한다.

도 10a 내지 도 10d는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복합 제트 구성을 갖는 혼합 도관을 개략적으로 도시한다.
이해를 쉽게 하기 위해, 가능한 경우에는 동일한 참조 번호가 도면에 공통되는 동일한 요소를 표기하기 위해 사용되었다. 일 실시예에 개시되는 요소는 명시적인 인용 없이 다른 실시예에 유리하게 이용될 수 있도록 되어있다.
Claims (17)
- 내부 체적을 한정하는 원통형 측벽과, 상기 내부 체적에 배치되는 하나 이상의 유동 장애물을 포함하되, 하나 이상의 제트(jet)가 상기 원통형 측벽을 통해 형성되어 상기 내부 체적에 연결되며, 각각의 상기 유동 장애물은 관련 개구로부터 상류에 정렬되는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 제트는 상기 원통형 측벽의 원주를 따라 형성되는 복수의 개구를 포함하며, 상기 하나 이상의 유동 장애물은 상기 원통형 측벽의 원주를 따라 상기 내부 체적에 삽입되는 복수의 바퀴살(spoke)을 포함하는 혼합 도관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 바퀴살은 원형, 타원형, 삼각형, 다이아몬드, 비대칭 다이아몬드 또는 눈물 방울 중 하나의 형상인 부분을 갖는 혼합 도관.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 바퀴살은 대단부가 상기 원통형 측벽에 결합되고 소단부가 상기 혼합 도관의 중심축 가까이에 위치하도록 테이퍼지는(tapered) 혼합 도관.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바퀴살은 상기 원통형 측벽과 실질적으로 동심인 원판에 결합되는 혼합 도관.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바퀴살은 상기 원통형 측벽과 실질적으로 동심인 하나 이상의 링에 결합되는 혼합 도관.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바퀴살은 상기 혼합 도관의 중심축을 따라 배치되는 어뢰 형상부(torpedo)에 결합되는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 제트는 대개구부가 상기 혼합 도관의 외부에 위치하고 소개구부가 상기 혼합 도관 내부에 위치하는 테이퍼진 개구를 포함하는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가 제트가 상기 원통형 측벽의 종축 상에서 하류에 위치하는 상기 복수의 제트 각각에 인접하게 배치되는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 제트는 동심으로 배치되는 두 개의 개구를 포함하는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 제트는 상기 혼합 도관의 종축에 수직한 평면에 대해 소정 각도로 기울어진 개구를 포함하는 혼합 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 장애물은 상기 혼합 도관의 종축에 수직한 평면에 대해 소정 각도로 장착되는 혼합 도관.
- 환형 챔버의 하나 이상의 외벽을 한정하는 하나 이상의 유체 수용 도관과,
상기 환형 챔버의 적어도 내벽을 한정하는 제1 도관에 배치되는 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합 도관을 포함하되, 상기 환형 챔버는 상기 혼합 도관의 상기 하나 이상의 제트와 유체 연통되는 정적 혼합기. - 하나 이상의 장애물이 혼합 도관의 하나 이상의 제트에 대해 상류에 위치하는 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합 도관의 종방향을 따라 제1 유동을 유동시키는 단계와,
제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 혼합 도관의 상기 하나 이상의 제트를 통해 제2 유동을 유동시키는 단계를 포함하는 혼합 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유동은 포스겐을 포함하고 상기 제2 유동은 아민을 포함하는 혼합 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2 유동은 메틸렌 디페닐 디아민, 톨루엔 디아민 및 헥사메틸렌 디아민 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 혼합 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 체적에 배치되는 상기 하나 이상의 유동 장애물은 상기 내부 체적에 장애물이 배치되지 않는 방법에 비해 형성되는 우레아, 카르보디이미드 및 우레톤이민의 양이 적도록 상기 제1 유동의 속도 프로파일을 변경하는 혼합 방법.
