Abstract
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 건축 구조물의 바닥에 시공되는 마루 바닥재로서, MDF, HDF 또는 합판 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 베이스층(110); 및 상기 베이스층(110)의 상면에 보강층(131), 인쇄층(133), 투명층(135)이 순차적으로 적층되되, 이들 층 중 하나 이상이 PLA수지로 이루어지는 표면층(130);을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 표면층(130)의 상면에는 수공예적인 표면 질감을 표현할 수 있도록 굴곡패턴(137)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 굴곡패턴을 형성하기 위한 가압장치를 보여주는 도면대용 사진,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 가압장치에 구비된 한 쌍의 엠보롤러를 보여주는 도면대용 사진이다.

Claims (6)
- 건축 구조물의 바닥에 시공되는 마루 바닥재로서,
MDF, HDF 또는 합판 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 베이스층(110); 및
상기 베이스층(110)의 상면에 보강층(131), 인쇄층(133), 투명층(135)이 순차적으로 적층되되, 이들 층 중 하나 이상이 PLA수지로 이루어지는 표면층(130);을 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 표면층(130)의 상면에는 수공예적인 표면 질감을 표현할 수 있도록 굴곡패턴(137)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마루 바닥재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 굴곡패턴(137)은,
회전하는 한 쌍의 엠보롤러(R) 사이에 상기 표면층(130)을 통과시켜 가압해주는 공정을 통해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마루 바닥재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 엠보롤러(R) 중 적어도 하나의 외주연에는,
상기 표면층(130)의 일면을 가압하여 굴곡패턴(137)을 형성해주기 위한 소정 형상의 돌출부(R1)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 마루 바닥재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 표면층(130)은,
열경화성 멜라민 수지의 접착층(120)을 매개로 상기 베이스층(110)의 상면에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 마루 바닥재. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 표면층(130)은,
상면에 적층되는 UV코팅층(139)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마루 바닥재. - 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 베이스층(110)의 하부에는,
상·하측의 전반적인 휨 발란스를 잡아주는 기재층이 더 구비된 것을 포함하는 마루 바닥재.
