Claims (79)
- 제1 주표면을 갖는 하중 베어링 기층;
상기 제1 주표면 위에 놓이고 제1 접착층 및 불소중합체층을 포함하는 접착 필름; 및
상기 접착층 위에 놓인 마찰 감소층을 포함하는 부싱. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 부싱.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌은 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 것인 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소중합체층은 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소중합체층은 불소중합체 및 불소중합체의 개질된 형태를 포함하는 접착층을 포함하는 것인 부싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름은 약 25 마이크론 내지 약 75 마이크론의 두께는 갖는 것인 부싱.

- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 불소중합체, 폴리아세탈, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리에테르에테르케톤(PEEK), 폴리에틸렌, 폴리설폰, 폴리아미드, 폴리페닐렌 옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(PPS), 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는 것인 부싱.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 불소중합체는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 불소화된 에틸렌-프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 에틸렌 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 퍼플루오로알콕시폴리머, 및 이들의 임의의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 부싱.

상기 제1 주표면 위에 놓이고 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 및 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층을 포함하고, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층은 약 7.5 마이크론 이하의 두께는 갖는 접착 필름; 및
상기 접착층 위에 놓인 마찰 감소층을 포함하는 복합재. - 제42항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌은 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름은 약 25 마이크론 내지 약 75 마이크론의 두께는 갖는 것인 복합재.
- 제44항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름의 두께는 약 30 마이크론 내지 약 50 마이크론인 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층의 두께는 적어도 약 1 마이크론인 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층은 약 20 마이크론 내지 약 70 마이크론의 두께는 갖는 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 및 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층의 두께비는 1:20 이상인 것인 복합재.
- 제48항에 있어서, 상기 두께비는 1:2 이하인 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 하중 베어링 기층은 상기 접착층 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층과 직접 접촉하고 있는 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층은 제1 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 및 제2 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층을 포함하는 것인 복합재.
- 제51항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층은 제1 및 제2 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 사이에 위치하는 것인 복합재.
- 제51항에 있어서, 상기 제2 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 및 상기 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층의 두께비는 5:90 이상인 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 금속 기층은 금속 또는 합금인 것인 복합재.

- 제58항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 감소층은 마찰 감소 충전제를 포함하는 것인 복합재.
- 제42항에 있어서, 상기 마찰 감소층은 약 0.4 이하의 마찰 계수를 갖는 것인 복합재.
- 제1 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층 및 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층을 포함하는 접착 필름을 압출하는 단계;
상기 접착 필름을 하중 베어링 기층과 마찰 감소층 사이에 두고 하중 베이링 기층에 마찰 감소층을 적층하여 복합재를 형성하는 단계;
상기 복합재를 성형하여 부싱을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제61항에 있어서, 상기 하중 베어링 기층은 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층과 직접 접촉하고 있는 것인 방법.
- 제61항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름은 캐스팅 드럼 위에 압출되는 것인 방법.
- 제61항에 있어서, 상기 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌은 말레산 무수물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제61항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름은 약 25 마이크론 내지 약 75 마이크론의 두께는 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제65항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름의 두께는 약 30 마이크론 내지 약 50 마이크론인 것인 방법.
- 제61항에 있어서, 상기 제1 개질된 에틸렌 테트라플루오로에틸렌층은 약 1 마이크론 내지 약 7.5 마이크론의 두께를 갖는 것인 방법.
