도 1은 그 장치를 위한 열교환기의 제1 실시예의 개략적 단면도를 도시하며,
도 2는 도 1의 변형예를 도시하고,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 기체를 압축 및 건조시키는 장치의 일례를 도시하며,
도 4는 도 2의 변형예를 도시한다.
Claims (14)
- 기체를 압축 및 건조시키는 장치(25)로서:
저압 스테이지(30), 고압 스테이지(36) 및 압력 파이프(39)를 구비한 다단 압축기와, 건조 구역(41) 및 재생 구역(40)을 구비한 흡착 건조기(27)를 포함하며,
상기 저압 스테이지(30)와 고압 스테이지(36) 사이에 중간 냉각기(34)가 배치되며,
상기 압력 파이프(39)에 의해 입구부(9)에 연결되는 열교환기(1)가 더 마련된 기체 압축 건조 장치(25)에 있어서,
상기 열교환기(1)는 제1 일차 유체를 위한 상기 입구부(9)와 출구부(10)를 갖는 메인 구획(9)을 포함한 복수의 구획을 갖는 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 제1 일차 유체는 메인 구획 내에서 이 메인 구획(9)을 통과하는 튜브(13)들 위에 또는 주위에서 안내되며,
상기 메인 구획(7)을 통과하는 튜브(13)들의 적어도 2개의 세트(11, 12)들이 있고, 이들 튜브 세트들은 각각 일차 유체와 열 교환하도록 메인 구역을 통과해 이차 또는 삼차 유체를 안내하도록 되어 있으며,
상기 튜브(13)들의 단부는 각 튜브 세트(11, 12)에 대해 별개의 입구 구획(14, 16) 및 출구 구획(15, 17)에 각각 연결되며,
제1 튜브 세트(11)의 튜브들은 상기 중간 냉각기(34)의 냉각 회로를 형성하여, 상기 흡착 건조기(27)의 재생을 위해 고압 스테이지(36)로부터 온 기체를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 구획(7)은 다수의 일차 유체를 위해 다수의 입구부(9) 및 출구부(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메인 구획(7)은 2개의 단부 플레이트(6)에 의해 획정되며, 이 메인 구획(7)의 양측부 상에 커버(7)가 존재하여 각각의 해당 단부 플레이트(6)와 이에 대향한 커버(4) 사이에서 2개의 측부 구획(8)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(13)들은 상기 단부 플레이트(6) 중 하나에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 측부 구획(8)은 입구 및 출구 구획(14 내지 17)들을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 측부 구획(8)은 2개 이상의 하위 구획(19)으로 분할되며, 상기 메인 구획(7) 양측의 각각의 하위 구획(19)들이 상기 튜브(13)들의 튜브 세트(11, 12)들에 의해 연결되어, 적어도 상기 이차 및 삼차 유체 각각을 위한 적어도 2개의 별개의 회로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메인 구획(7)은 배플(20)을, 보다 구체적으로는 일차 유체를 위한 입구부(9)와 출구부(10) 사이에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기(1)는 2종 이상의 추가적인 유체를 위해 설치되며, 상기 메인 구획(7) 양측의 각각의 측부 구획(8)은 격벽(18)에 의해 상기 입구 및 출구 구획(14, 15, 16, 17)들로 분할되며, 제1 입구 및 출구 구획(14, 15)이 이차 유체를 안내하는 튜브(13)들의 제1 튜브 세트(11)에 연결되고, 제2 입구 및 출구 구획(16, 17)이 삼차 유체를 안내하는 튜브(13)들의 제2 튜브 세트(12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 격벽(18)과 단부 플레이트(6) 사이에 시일(32)이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 튜브 세트(11)와 제2 튜브 세트(12) 사이에 공간(24)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(13)들의 제1 및 제2 튜브 세트(11, 12)는 원의 섹터에 걸쳐 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(13)들은 동심 구성으로 배치되어, 상기 제1 튜브 세트(11)가 원 내에 위치하고 이 원의 주위에 상기 제2 튜브 세트(12)가 링 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기(1)의 입구부(9) 및 출구부(10)는 상기 메인 구역(7)을 획정하는 쉘(3)의 측부 상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 입구 구획(14) 및 제2 출구 구획(15)은 열교환기(1)에서의 서로 반대측에 위치하는 한편, 상기 제2 입구 구획(16) 및 제2 출구 구획(17)은 열교환기(1)에서 동일한 측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 압축 건조 장치.
